Fixed! Started deleting or disabling modules not in use. What a pain in the rear. Maybe this should have been tested better before it was released by Prestashop. Im guessing it was too many CSS calls. But I thought enabling Use CCC for CSS should have over come that. Guess not.

I thought being a theme made by Prestashop it would work fine. If I lower the content would my top menu bar come back to the way it is suppose to be? Im guessing it may not. Its the stock standard Prestashop new them, just with a background image basically. So it should display exactly the same as that.

Hi guys having a bit of a drama with my site. I know it was ok when I went live. But now not sure whats happened. All other browsers seem fine and work well. IE9 on the other hand has sent the top menu bar all over the place for some unknown reason. Just got notified of this by a customer. See the attached screen shot. Settings as follows: Smart cache for CSS is on Smart cache for JavaScript is on Minify HTML is on Compress inline JavaScript in HTML is on High risk HTML compression is off forced compile is set to no and cache is on. I have tried a few different things with these settings , but nothing seemed to work. Yes I did refresh my browser and clear cache after I changed settings. Thanks Mike

Can someone help me figure out how to delete the background on the fancybox popup in terms of use. Its inherited my background image for some reason with the cms and You cant read the first section of terms of use I cant find where in the CSS I have to modify the code(apart from global css, which for obvious reasons I dont want to change). Is there a work around for this ? Cheers

Found the problem It seems to unhook itself when I update the translation. Rehook it back into the footer and it seems to work again

Anyone had issues with the reinsurance block disappearing when changing the text? Each time I try to change the text in the back office it saves correctly. Then go to the front end to check the layout and it disappears. I have checked in the source code and on multiple browsers and it disappears from there too Only way for me to get it back is to reset it and it goes back to default No big deal, if it dont work properly I will just disable it

Ok got it working Modsecurity was the culprit. They have now turned it off for me. They could not find any rule notices being logged relating to it though. They have asked if anyone here would know what would be triggering it, but not able to be logged. They also said if I could narrow it down, they could make a rule exemption for me if needed. Is it safe to leave off? or better to leave modsec on? Cheers Mike

Hi Guys Im getting this error in modules translations, seems to be a problem that pops up a fair bit. I have tried reading through the forums and some of the fixes posted , but nothing seems to work . prestashop v1.4.7.3 , Total expressions : 2992 (was also doing this in 1.4.7, with 5000 or so expressions) My .htacces file read this. php_value memory_limit 128M php_value max_execution_time 1000 php_value post_max_size 40M php_value upload_max_filesize 40M php_value suhosin.get.max_vars 10000 php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 10000 php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 10000 php_value max_input_vars 10000 As far as I know I do not have access to php.ini . I asked the webhost to change the values, and they did it in .htaccess The error log on the server shows: [error] [client 220.245.168.81] File does not exist: /home/ledtopia/public_html/403.shtml, referer: /index.php?tab=AdminTranslations&lang=en&type=modules&token (then numbers) The error I get when trying to save is: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /LED12/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Im really stuck with this and been trying to solve it for weeks now. Cheers Mike

Im getting a [TECHNICAL ERROR] Error detected during [upgradeNow]. while trying to update to v1.4.7.3 from 1.4.7 My auto upgrade module is 0.3.4 Also Prestashop original version is showing undefined version modifications is also undefined , if they mean anything only things set in options is Keep images and translations

by the look of it. you do not need to click the activation link for PayPal to work. If this is the case though, why does it even show up. Very deceiving I have sent through 2 payments now via Sandbox and everything seems to be working right.
