    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have magic magnify installed on my prestashop. I have just noticed that it has stopped working on some of my products. I'm not sure when this started happening and it works on most products but on some products, it doesn't work. I can't find a pattern in the products that it doesn't work on. I've added new products and for 2 out of 3 it works. Does anyone have any experience with magic magnify that can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

    I've been developing an app with Appixia for the past couple of weeks because the mobile side of my website doesn't function properly. It's easy to use once you get used to it. It connects to your cart via a plugin and you then build the full app the way that you want it to look. I personally am really impressed with it and I should be ready to publish the app on the app store within the next week!

    Hello Patrice, I've just tried the php file and the gsitemap module gives a 500 timeout error...I've just tried it again and it worked! Submitted to google and indexed 2900 pages

    Hi Vekia, it doesn't seem to be on all categories, just the ones that I upload new images to. And yes, all image types. I have got the category images defined in the preferences tab. I manually created the category scene images and uploaded them to the correct folders and they work. It's something to do with the upload process but I can't seem to find what. Luckily, I was only missing 4 images (They weren't actually missing, just being stored in /temp rather than /c for some reason).

    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with my category images. I'm having problems with some of them not displaying. It looks like when I upload a new category image, it's being stored in /img/tmp but in the front office it points to /c/14-category/... Does anyone know how I can change where the category images are being stored? I've tried uploading a product image and this works as it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello, I'm wondering if someone can help me with the position of my search block in 1.5. I don't have it in the header, I have it in the left column but it is too far left and a bit of it is missing. Please see attached image for further details. Thanks in advance!

    No problem with that now, it's working fine but have a problem with the search block in the left hand column It needs to be moved over slightly but I can only find reference to search_block_top in my css files.

    It worked! It was in two css files so I deleted it from both. I'll mark it as solved. I've used a lot of your solutions on this forum since I started with prestashop so thank you again

    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I did a manual upgrade on a copy of my store and it worked! I decided that I may as well change the theme whilst I was upgrading and I've been customising my test shop for a couple of weeks. I'm using the theme free design and have done okay up until now. However, I have a problem with the block CMS. It doesn't look right. All the links work but by the looks of it, it's looking for images to put behind the text. Could someone take a look at the screen shot and see if they can help me solve it? The bit I'm talking about is in a red block. Thanks in advance

    I have a similar problem. I have upgraded my store to 1.4.10 and when I look at my previous orders, there are no order statuses to choose from in the B/O. I have looked under Back Office > Orders > Statuses and get the message "Bad sql query, Unknown column 'a.deleted' in 'where clause'. However, return order statuses are listed. Can anyone help with this?

    You cannot import products and features at the same time. You have to import products, then import features.

    Okay, so I've worked out that your products aren't listed under the categories in prestashop 1.5 as they used to be in 1.4, categories and products are kept separate so this is not a bug. It is a bit of a mess though when you have thousands of products under the products tab rather than them showing under the categories. So when I import my products and they don't go into the relevant category this is why. I'm still no nearer on working out how to import the combinations for my products. Can anyone explain how to arrange the data?

    I have been looking for a solution for a few days. I tried to empty the cache of prestashop and also firefox as suggested by others in the forum but this didn't help. I un-installed and re-installed firefox and the cart is now working.

    I have imported a few csv files into 1.5 and the above is true, the ID does auto increment. Another problem I have found is that when I import the products, they don't show under their categories in B/O. I haven't managed to import combinations yet because I don't understand the setup in 1.5

    This also worked for me when I copied the files from the SVN. However, the address form displays slightly different to the original. Is this normal?

    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. After spending the past few weeks mastering the .csv file import on 1.4.9, I have now installed a fresh copy of 1.5.0.17. I have managed to import products, however, the ID does not work, prestashop seems to auto ID even when the ID is defined. This is not a huge problem, it is easy to match up the ID. Another problem is that the .csv doesn't import the items into the defined categories. The categories show in product view in the B/O, but not in categories view in the B/O. Has anyone solved this? I'm also confused with the combinations import. The .csv's that I have prepared from 1.4 don't work with 1.5 as it uses a different format. Can anyone explain how I should be arranging my data for combination import as I don't understand it at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you mean like on my site? www.lisas-luxuries.co.uk. If so, you need a module from one of the free themes that are out there. I'm not sure which one it came from but I can check for you if this is what you're looking for.

    Hello there, Do you mean on the homepage where you have your image at the top and your welcome message below it? You need to go into your sever, find the modules folder. In there you will find a folder called Editorial. You need to delete the homepage_logo.gif (or .jpg). this will remove the image. If you mean in the product pages, I don't know sorry.

    Hello there, If you put your sizes in the 'tags' when creating your product (right at the bottom of the product creation page), they are activated in the search bar. For example, I sell clothing and add all the sizes that the item comes in, the material, manufacturer etc. I find that you have to put the word 'size' before the number but it works on my store Another way is to activate the layered navigation block in B/O. This picks all the sizes, colours etc that you set up in attributes and groups. This displays them when you click on a category (you have to 'hook' it into one of the blocks). It doesn't work perfectly (I have now disabled it) but with a bit of tweaking you should be able to sort it out. I hope this helps, l-goodwin www.lisas-luxuries.co.uk
