No suggestions? Where can i change / see the depending countries for "Europe" and "Europe others" ?

Hi, i'm using an older version 1.3.7 of prestashop. I just want to exclude "Switzerland" from my usual tax, but i can not find a menu / setting, where i can change the countries or set a rule. There is only Payment > Taxes > Rate -> Edit where i can choose between Africa Asia Deutschland Europe Europe others Oceania US But where can i edit "Europe", to exclude Switzerland from the usual tax ?

phrasespot - that really was the problem. can't believe that i didn't try this. i uncommented the lines and the grand totals showed up. thank you.

there should be a grand total on the invoice product 229,00 EUR + shipping 6,90 EUR = TOTAL 235,90 EUR - but this "total" is missing..

hi, i have a problem concerning my invoice PDF. i am confused, because there is no "grand total" which includes the product's price AND the shipping price. my invoice is the following (or watch the screenshot) Product - 229,00 € ----- Total products (tax incl.) : 229,00 € Total shipping : 6,90 € Total (tax excl.) : 199,34 € ---- then one line with 5 columns Tax detail / Tax / Pre-Tax Total / Total Tax / Total with Tax Products / 19,000 % / 192,44 € / 36,56 € / 229,00 € but the grand total is missing - or am i blind. can i edit this somewheer in the backend or in the pdf.php, please have a look at the screenshot. thanks in advance for your suggestions
