Hej, Min server er hosted hos Surftown og de har forsøgt at hjælpe mig med mine problemer med at kunne afsende PHP fra FO shop. Jeg modtog denne besked: 2. Kan ikke få min "kontakt form" eller "kasse" til at virke! (Kan dog godt sende mail via testmail funktionen i BO) Ifølge Mark fra Prestashop/USA, er det fordi jeg har en php-fejl og han bad mig om at kontakte min host udbyder - de kan dog ikke hjælpe (eller vil ikke, da de har eget shop modul) Er der nogen som kan jeg hjælpe mig her :-) :-) PFT Jakob

Hello, Anyone who can help a NOVICE in Prestashop Going to my shop and trying to send a mail throgh "contact" i get a hyyp 500 failure !! I have done this: Through Employees - Contacts, i have made two new contacts which are: Webmaster and Customer Service Both these er made with my own e-mail Through Preferrences - E-mail - is configured with settings: use PHP and both Trying to send a mail through the test-email service (same mailadress as used with Webmaster and Customer Service) - THIS WORKS without any problems What am I doing wrong ? Hi - anyone who can help a NOVICE in PS? When using the contact form in my shop - i get a failure of http 500 I did this: Through Employees - Contact, I made this new contacts: Webmaster and Customer Service Through Preferences - E-mail, I made these settings: php and both I can actually send mail through the e-mail tester - but once on my website and trying to mail the contact form i get the failure. Under den "engelske fane" i contact us har man valgmuligheden imellem "Choose" = customer service - webmaster Men under den "danske fane" i kontakt os er der kun valgmuligheden "vælg" under emneoverskrift Hvordan får jeg rettet dette, så der også er valgmuligheder under den danske fane og kan man eventuelt påføre flere valgmligheder ???
