    I did as much searching as possible and cannot figure this out or find a related topic. Customers outside of the US see a completely different layout than what we do. I assumed it was something with the Geolocation but after turning it off and having a customer clear cache and retry it looks the same to them. I have attached two pics. Outside US picture shows what customers see, and the other pic is what we see. Tested with IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Any help would be immensely appreciated.     SEOMOZ is saying that I have over 700 404 errors. When looking they all appear to generate from the pictures and thickbox. Attached pic shows the URLS and other information. Ive searched forums and Google with no luck finding similar. Would like to know whats causing this and how to fix it, thanks in advance.

    I was wondering what file I need to edit for all product pages. I want to add a line of text so it shows on every product page without going into every product and making the change there. I thought it would be the product.tpl file but that didnt appear to work successfully. Thanks in advance.

    I am looking to have a small amount of work done to our homepage. I dont know if it can be done with a custom module or just general redesign. Here is the link to our website. www.innov-research.com If possible we would like to remove the featured products section and the top seller section and replace it with a 3 column type design that would allow us to change links, description and pictures within the 3 columns. Similar to the picture attached (obviously resized to fit) Let me know if something is out there for this or if this is something somebody can do.

    alright thanks guys. I was gonna try enabling one of the sample themes but this guy made it sound like if I did my whole store would be pooched. I guess ill just back it up and give it a shot.

    Im really hoping to get a response before I get conned out of $350. I am having a new theme designed for our site. I asked the guy what would happen to my current products and category structures when installing the new theme. He said they would need to do a file dump but they just so happen to have a special install for $350 that will not lose any files. I am skeptical because it seems like it would work similar to installing a new theme into Wordpress. Can I not just install the new theme and have it keep the current products and categories. I understand some tweaking will be needed but dont feel like paying $350 or having to re add 2500+ products. Please Help

    I am wondering if there is a way to edit what is seen when Geolocation is turned compared to when its off? Ill give example as that question was kind of terrible. So we have domestic customers and then distributors in different countries that receive discounted prices. So we turned on Geolocation for anybody outside US / Canada so they are not able to see pricing. But I was wondering if there was a way that anybody outside the US could see their local distributor information while domestic / US customers can still see pricing?

    When people select an attribute on my site, anything besides the default one makes the picture bigger and fill in the thickbox area. I dont know where to change this or for that matter how it happened. I just want it to stay the same size.     I will be testing starting tomorrow specifically for the multi store function. Quick question though, if it works great and I want to upgrade when the final is released will any current modules become inactive due to compatibility issues and will my custom theme stay intact?

    I have 2 modules installed (offline credit card and Purchase Order). I want to edit the confirmation page. I know what pages to edit I just dont know how to edit it to display what i want it to display. I asked the developer of the module and apparently he cant tell me how to do this so I am really hoping for some help here

    Mike, Thanks for the answer. I tried that whole making the images square thing and just like you said the pics proportion was pooched after that. Thanks for checking into it though, I guess I will start looking for pics or just deal

    Mike, I dont mid the images are square I just dont want the white box behind the picture to show at all. I was hoping to reduce its size to the same as the pic or remove the box all together

    Here is a link to a product page that has the picture http://www.innov-res...ter-plasma.html I have tried a little bit of everything in the image preferences in the back office. Even tried turning the thickbox to 0 x 0. I have tried turning the medium and large images to match the thickbox when it was 80 x 80. As of right now the thickbox options are all turned off but I have also tried several combinations for that as well.

    I am using a free theme that I modified. The docs that came with it were kind of basic and didnt touch base upon this subject unfortunately.

    Mike, Sure did. Cleared browser cache as well just to make sure. I tried changing the thickbox to 80 x 80 and then even tried changing the picture size to 452 x 282 (thickbox size) and no matter what nothing seems to change

    I think this will be my best chance of finding a similar solution. I want to remove the white box completely or at least have it be the same size of the product picture. I have re-sized it and regenerated thumbs several times using different WxH px and nothing I do seems to get that thing any smaller. Any help would be awesome

    I have a 2 part question here and I think the first one is pretty easy. 1. I need to edit the header links on the site. I have been able to edit the actual display name but I want to edit the landing links to the edited links and I am unsure exactly where to put the URL in the code. <li><a href="{$link->getPageLink('prices-drop.php')}"{if $page_name == 'prices-drop'} class="active"{/if}>{l s='distributors' mod='tmheaderlinks'}</a></li> Currently it pulls from the prices-drop.php file but I just want to put in an external website URL. 2. Is it possible to add another tab to the product tabs on the product pages? I thought this would be done in the global.css but I tried a few things and failed miserably. a. Does anybody know of a way to add the contact form or any contact type form to a tab. So on every product page the tab would read "Contact Us" or "Receive a Quote" and a contact form would be there so they didnt have to leave the product page to do so? Any help would be great, but a solution would be down right amazing!! Bump

    I have looked through the forums pretty extensively and cannot find a solved thread or module that can help with this. Is there any way at all either in the BO or through a database to export the product URLS. I need to update our Google Adwords landing URLS and if I have an export of the product URLS it will help with this and a few other things.

    thanks guys. I knew it could be done just wasnt sure where exactly. First time using presta and only been using it a few days. Ill look through the link and hopefully be able to get it going

    I searched the forums and could not find this answer so apologies if I missed it. I am designing our new website using prestashop and have it down pretty good except I do not know exactly how to add multiple prices per product. On our current website I can add one product then give it multiple prices (50ml, 100ml, 500ml etc) and when that size is added to the cart it will calculate the new price based on the pricing I set up in the backend.
