  1. Hello, We are searching for a professional developer who can help us upgrade out Prestashop 1.4.8.2 to the latest 1.6.1 version. We currently use the standard prestashop template, but would like to upgrade with a purchased prestashop template that is compliant with 1.6.1. Our shop currently has a couple of modules which we want to also have available in the upgrade. Order Manager -by Orlique Validate Order Module Please provide your experience, portfolio, website, Time needed to upgrade and complete job When you can start work? What you will need from us to begin work. Indicate your approach to the upgrade. Estimated site downtime provided us with a quote price for the job to be completed. Will also need some graphics work for banner art for new template--please price separately. You may Private Message me with your quotes. Edwin

  3. I am having a similar problem. In my case, I have activated friendly URL refer to my post: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/210100-google-crawl-errors-persisting-after-language-change/page__p__1036158#entry1036158
  4. Hello Everyone. I am getting persistent Google Crawl Error of pages that I believe I have since removed. Initially, the prestashop was setup with 3 languages. English, Spanish, and French. so each product would display in 3 different addresses: www.mydomain.com/en/product1.html (English) www.mydomain.com/es/product1.html (Spanish) www.mydomain.com/fr/product1.html (French) After realizing this, removed the languages of Spanish and French as my target audience is in the US. However, before realizing the problem, I submitted a sitemap.xml file to google that contains these links. Since then, I have removed the spanish and french tranlsations so now, my product 1 displays as follows: www.mydomain.com/product1.html and not: www.mydomain.com/en/product1.html Google, continues to search for www.mydomain.com/en/product1.html (English) www.mydomain.com/es/product1.html (Spanish) www.mydomain.com/fr/product1.html (French) which of course are no longer there. I continue to send updated sitemap.xml to google, but I am still getting the crawl errors even over the past day. I dont' have the cache turned on. I am using friendly URL and running Prestashop 1.4.7.3 Hope someone can guide me.
  5. To Phrasespot, just wanted to clarify on the goal URL. You typed: Goal URL: /order-confirmation\.php is the backslash a typo (\)? Or is it really /order-confirmation\.php Thanks for being so complete in your explanation. It has helped tremendously in setting up the google analytics conversion goal. Just need to make sure that backslash isn't a typo. Will report back.
  6. I am not sure I have phrased my question correctly in the Topic Title. I am setting up a Contact Store selling Pairs of Contacts for the eyes but also need inventory management of each different contact. For example, Accuvue contact has many different powers. (0, -1, -1.5, -2) I have setup 2 Groups of attributes: Left Eye Prescription (0, -1, -1.5, -2) Right Eye Prescription (0, -1, -1.5, -2) So, a customer might want: Left Contact (power -1) Right Contact (Power -2) I used the product combination generator to create every possible combination, but then realized the question. How will I keep track of all the Accuvue lenses by power? For example, how many -1.00 lenses do I have in stock? I can see how multiple attributes would work well with different sized t-shirts with different colors, but I am using (the power of the lens) as an independent attribute. Any work around or solution out there? I would appreciate any guidance that forum member can offer. Thank you
  7. I have encountered the same issue. I just purchased a Prestashop Theme from TemplateMonster.com. I dropped the database tables from the Prestashop install and imported the Database Dump file from the theme. Now getting this error of Bad Subdomain SQL Query. I have tried INSERT INTO `ps_subdomain` (`id_subdomain`, `name`) VALUES (1, 'www'); However, get the error that ps_subdomain table does not exist. However, When I restore the DB from the original install, works again, but obviously not with the Theme I intend to use. Using Prestashop 1.4.7.3
  8. I am using Prestashop 1.4.7.0 and PayPal Module v 2.8.6. I have sporadically gotten the following error with various attempted customer purchases. Customer is unable to checkout and pay with PayPal. I read some of older posts regarding this same issue but the problem originated from an older version of Prestshop and PayPal module. I believe I have the most current versions. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone within this esteemed forum can lend a hand and offer guidance. 9. I've been tasked to develop a Prestashop site selling about 6-8 different products. Not very many. The standard prestashop template/theme wouldn't look very good with such few products. Have any of you come across any premium themes you can recommend that are suitable for a shop with very few products? Hope you can help. As I always, I am tremendously grateful this community.
  10. I have encountered the same error. The shop has worked fine for weeks with no issue of processing orders, but just got this message recently and with customer complaint about inability to check out. A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-03-30T03:47:28Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10413 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal returned error I am using Prestashop 1.4.7.0 PayPal v2.8.6 What can I do?
  11. I just wanted to provide an update to the No Carriers available Issue. I am using UPS as my sole carrier and utilizing Prestashop UPS module. As described previously, the error only occured with larger orders. I had hypothesized that it may be due to $ range or weight range issue, but I made sure the Dollar range and weight range were very broad. Within the UPS module, there is a calculation mode: You must choose All items in one package OR split one item per package. Since with larger order with 10-15 items, we were looking at a total weight >100 lbs. Once I changed the calculation mode from All Items in one package --------> Split one item per package, the problem was Fixed. I am now able to process large orders. Perhaps UPS has a limit to how many pounds one package can weigh. However now with Split One Item Per Package, the shipping cost has gone up by roughly 5%. Any suggestions from anyone on a better work around since I don't ship One Item per package. Thanks again, and I hope the above helps someone. Edwin
  12. I am having the same issue of :"there are no carriers available that deliver to this address." I am using UPS Ground as my only carrier. This is a problem that comes up consistently with larger orders. Smaller orders are handled fine. I have configured everything as described above but get this issue with larger orders. Not sure if this ties into the $ value of the order or the Weight of the total products ordered. I am using UPS Ground for my carrier only. Weight range is 0-20,000 lbs. Price range is 0-20,000 dollars. Please help as some potential customers have given up on checking out. I am running Prestashop 1.4.7. Edwin
  13. Hello, I'm encountering an invoice and order number discrepancy. Invoice will be 2307, but order # is 2306. Is there a way to sync the two? Thanks for any guidance you can offer. 14. Haven't heard from anyone who might know what is happening with the invoice error I described above. So one more try. Is there anyone out there who is encountering this same issue?
  15. Hello All. I'm running prestashop 1.4.4.1. Have successfully processed a few orders but am not receiving any order confirmations. I assume the cutomer has been getting their order confirmation. Is there anyway that I can turn on email confirmations to the store owner for new orders? Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer. EY
  16. Hello Prestashop Community, I just migrated to Prestashop 1.4.4.1 from CRELoaded and just tested a completed transaction and encountered an “error” in the invoice. The invoice shows the following list of itemized totals which is correct (too many line items in my opinion). Total products (tax excl.) : $649.00 Total products (tax incl.) : $697.21 Total shipping : $76.04 Total (tax incl.) : $773.25 Total (tax excl.) : $725.04 However, at the bottom, the following Tax detail also appears which is totally different from the above. Due to formatting issues when posting on this forum, I have attached a snap shot image: Take note of the Total with Tax = 1,150.21. ?? The order total is only 773.25 (Includs Products w/ Tax + Shipping). So I’m uncertain of where the values below comes from Any ideas on how to fix this? Thus Far, I’m thrilled with Prestashop but this is an issue that will continue to haunt us with many customer inquiries. Many people will be shocked at the big amount of $1,150.21 (Total with Tax) and call in for explanation. Thank you in advance for you guidance and expertise.
