i'm using presta 1.5.4 for a month without error. Don't know what cause suddenly broke my site to error 404 (site not available) on front end. The worst part i can't access my backend at all, error: "The page isn't redirecting properly". Try different browser, computer with the same result. Please help. I tried to change 1 to 0 in database to disable the url friendly and delete the htaccess file then i can access the frontend but all the navigation stuck. Backend still unaccessible.

thanks shonkiro, my problem was solved. after switch on display error at config file, it shows that few files cannot declare in class folder which is my backup files. now working fine after remove those files. thanks again.

im guessing u r using google email or any email host with google. same thing happen to me. its working fine with other email but not google. i guess google email doesn't not working with phpmail function. anyone can help? i'm using email host with google, prestashop 1.3.7, linux hosting.

save your .xls it as csv(comma delimited) and go to tools at your backend and import – then some little setting, see attachment. for the images maybe you need to include in ur xls/csv file the url/link location < haven't try for the category etc just include in your xls/csv file << its automatically assign to your category etc i'm using ms excel 2003, prestashop 1.3.1 << it works gud luck!import_product.zip

hi guys, since got free times so decide to make some donation here...lol attached is the step to import product data... maybe its could help someone... - open ms excel, just put your prod data by column - save it as csv and go to tools at your backend and import - then some little setting, see attachment. gud luck! import_product.zip
