This is solved. Was caused by a typo in one of the programs. Caught it by enabling debug.

Hi, Since 2 days new orders are suddenly not appearing in the BO of my 1.4.2.5 version. I can navigate and see the orders using the arrow button, but they do not appear when I click on the main Orders tab. All such orders are in "Authorization Accepted from Paypal" state even though Paypal was not used to pay for these orders. When i try to convert the order to "preparation in progress" the page hangs and displays nothing. However when I mark the order as "Shipped" it works and the order is then visible in my BO. Please help as this is causing huge disruptions and customers are not receiving any order notifications or confirmation. Thanks, Sushma

Hi, The email functionality of my site has suddenly become erratic since the last 3-4 weeks. "New order" emails are getting sent to both the customer and admin on and off. Same for messages sent to customers from the order page. Same for "In Transit" emails. Have checked spam folder and everywhere else. The emails were just not sent. What could have caused this? There has been no major change to the site since the last few months. Using php mail() Test mail is working fine. Thanks, Sushma

I purchased the Slideshow module a few days back. I want it to display just under the top navigation bar on the homepage of www.scrunchh.com. However, when I choose the hook position "top", the slider shows on all the pages. (I disable the current static homepage banner and carousel when i do this) Could you tell me how to display the slider only on the homepage where the current static banner is on www.scrunchh.com? Hi, I need this feature built urgently. Change order number to be a random number on Prestashop 1.4.2.5 Description: Order numbers are presently system generated sequential numbers. This means that competitors can easily figure out the number of orders placed on the site. Can you modify this so that the order number is a random system generated number? Hi, I'm looking for a freelance prestashop developer to build the following functionality for a Prestashop 1.4.2.5 installation: 1. A pop-up window that forces the user to choose his/her currency when they land on the site for the first time. Currencies available are USD, EUR and INR. 2. Solved! I uninstalled a free module I had installed yesterday called Beetailer, and everything jumped back to normal! Lesson learnt: Do not install modules without adequate trial.

Hi, My prestashop 1.4.2.5 site has stopped loading global.css since morning, despite not having made any major changes to the css or any code in the last few days. I've disabled CCC and caching and enabled forced compile now, but it is of no use. [i noticed that global.css file permissions were changed to 644 (i installed and used dreamweaver 3 days back, perhaps it reset the permissions) and changed it back to 755, but it still won't work.] The entire site appears scrambled. The site is in production, so urgent help required. Thanks!! I have the very same problem. I enter the login details and it reloads the same page again. The same problem repeats with "Lost Password". I've deleted all the cookies and tried, to no avail. I've even set display_error to ON in the config file but there are no errors getting displayed. Will appreciate any help!
