Hi, I have some items on my store that no matter the quantity is the shipping have to be the same.. so If I order Item A one time the shipping charge would be $10 .. and if I order Item A 5 times, the shipping charge would be $10 as well... so How can I do that?? I have other items in my store that the shipping charge would be affected by the quantity. Thank you,

I have purchased the module I am omar.msaddi@tripnologies.com, I realized that we cannot have free shipping on specific items, however I had a turn arround by specifiying the weight of the product that are free of shipping.

Hi Mike, please go to www.wasb.org click on login at the top of the page login email: demo@test.com pass: demo123 when you are logged in click on the menu where it says "Publications Products & Postings" this is where you get to prestashop and now order an item and on carrier page you will not have an option to pick up from store. Thanks everyone for your comments... In my scenario, I am not talking about shipping yet... I just want the customer to choose product A with a price of $10.. and if that customer choose 1 to 10 times product A will be at the same price of $10... then on checkout shipping will be added... so I dont want to play with shipping rates.. so is this still has to be done by whatever you suggested bdalton or can I do it in another way? tomer Iam going to buy localized shipping in a minute from your store... will this help me if I want to decide to not charge shipping for product A no matter how many times??? Pick up in store is not working in my store... I added pick up in store into the carriers options so customers can just buy the product and then come to the store with their receipt and pick it up... however, I still cannot have the pick up in store option when I get to chose a carrier... please help, Thanks,

Hi, I need help with doing this senario in prestashop. product A costs $10... if a customer order 1 to 10 of product A, it will cost $10 no matter what.. and if that customer orders 11 to 20 of product A the cost will be $20. and so on... please help. Thanks,

Hi, So I have a problem with the paypal module. I have created 2 addresses, one called 'My Delivery Address' for delivery address, and one called 'My Billing Address' for billing address.. when I check out and click on the button 'I confirm my order' I get to paypal website to fill out my info and pay.. so the problem is on the paypal page where it sais billing information: it is displaying 'My Delivery Address' instead of 'My Billing Address', and this is not what I expect. An example would be, if I send a gift to a person, that person's address will be the delivery address and my address will be the billing address, so on the paypal page will have the delivery address to be billed for and that is not correct. Can anyone help me with that please? Thanks,

Hi, When a customer make an order, I am not receiving any email and the customer also is not receiving emails. However when I send a customer service email, this is working fine and also by sending a test email from performance tab and email sub tab under "test your e-mail configuration" this is also working.. can anyone help me on why is this happening and how can I solve it ? Okay, thank you I solved the problem.. in config/settings.inc.php there was this line: define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/store/en/'); I changed it to this: define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/store/'); and now it works thanks,

After I fixed permissions for files and directories. I do not get a 404 page error anymore.. I get to a prestashop page saying: Page not available I attached a screen shot. On that same page if you click on login... it will work fine and take you to /store/authentication?back=my-account.php however if you click on prestashop logo you get back to the page not available.. look how the url is now /store/en/ ... so what I am saying is this is where the problem... I do not want to redirect to /store/en/ ... I want to adjust somewhere that to change /store/en/ to /store/ ... i think this will solve the problem. thanks,
