1.6 kullanıyorum, sizin dosyaları yüklerken sanırım hata yaptım yanlış şeyler sildim contact us sayfası 500den çıkmadı bir türlü, 500 hatasından kurtarmak için aynı tema 1.7li versiyondan aldığım override/controller/front a contactcontroller u ekledim site düzeldi. If you want to add paypal logo check path; for mine it was : www.mydomain.com/modules/paypal/views/img/logos/HK_horizontal_solution_4_hk.gif Do i create a path from file manager and upload a good paypal gif. I am not an expert but i unstill complately my paypal usa and choose my main country France (from localization) than install paypal eu and closed all taxes. It seems to work but i am not sure. It is worth a try. edit: for my previous message one guy advice me to close all the taxes and i think it was the issue.

Thank you Mike, I agree with you because i fake ordered from Bulgaria and Tongo and it was ok. USA customer received this error. Now I closed all taxes and I hope it will not happen again. Thank you very much again.

I have the same problem; payment status is error, and I don't receive successful payment. Did you solve it? How did you do it?

I had the same issue, and I uninstall PayPal USA and choose main country France than install PayPal EU, and I thought it worked. It worked indeed until USA customer tries to buy it. Now; USA customer received payment error status even when they paid; http://prnt.sc/dvw5hy Prestashop 1.6.1.10 paypal v.3.11.1 (eu) Anyone have an idea?

Thanks for fast reply, but I really need it to work, I have added so many products and I have tried magento before and it was very hard for me. It is a shame prestashop official paypal has this bug. This worked for me! seeing this github commit https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/75692e60d3ed91f7fa9fffaa89c668de5f81db81 you could fix this by changing file themes/yourthemename/product.tpl find {$group_reduction} and replace it by {1-$group_reduction}

I have been trying to add new carrier to prestashop but it won't show up on my cart. I have added like 20 times but none of them won't seem by client. My only carrier is the one i setup a year ago; which is my old carrier.
