no help? i'm very frustrated. Tried using windows, tried mac, tried everything but its just not working. Still giving me the same problem

Hi all, i got a problem which has been continuously appearing. My backoffice keep crashing and direct me to the login page of the back office whenever i click something in backoffice. It happens very frequently but i just live with it but recently it has become worse. I tried with all different type of browsers. Please see attachement for screen shots. Please help me out. Its quite frustrating.

Hi, recently just started this ecommer website with presta. I got an error when checking out with COD payment module. Everything seems to be fine but it goes blank when i click on the cash on delivery tab during the checkout process Search everywhere and seems like no one is facing this problem. Please any kind souls here please help me out. Hope to hear from you guys soon. Thanks.

I am facing the exact problem. I cannot even make the php mail to work. When i go to contact form and send a email it says "your message has already been sent" Can some kind souls here run through the various troubleshooting process on email setup. I'm using godaddy mail. Does it conflict with prestashop? Please help

Hi all, My website is getting from bad to worse. After changing the attributes for my public_html and applying recurse in subdirectories using filezilla i getting error message ([an error occurred while processing this directive]) when going to my website. Whats wrong?

Hi, The problem with my back office is after uoloaded my picture my back office become blank (please see image) and cannot keep on uploading pictures. I have to click catalog and navigate all the way to the sub category to upload the other pictures. I dun have this problem before. Anyone can help? Thanks www.tellmethedamage.com

HI, This is what i'm facing. 1. Click add to cart for this item 2. Box moved and amount is added. 3. But after i refresh or navigate to another product, the amount shown is $0. I never had this problem before. I didn't do a backup so unable to do a reuploading Any kind souls able to help me out here.
