Bonjour, Mais NN, ça m'intéresse pas de les supprimer et bien évidement je sais le faire Car un mail de rappel est envoyé au client concerné pour le relancer sur son panier abandonné. Les clients me répondent. Ils ne savaient pas c'était quoi les produits dans la commande. Tu voies? Il y a pas une autre solution?

Bonjour à tous, Comme vous savez tous, prestashop dispose de à l'entours de 70 hooks mais la majorité ne sont pas utilisés Si on transplante un module dans un hook "non positionné", alors il ne s'affiche pas. Pourtant dans l'onglet "positions" (Fichier joint) il est transplanté. Je veux ajouter un module à right block de la page produit. J'ai trouvé dans product.tpl qu'il y a ce hook déjà: {if $HOOK_EXTRA_RIGHT}{$HOOK_EXTRA_RIGHT}{/if} Mais il n'apparait pas dans la page produit. C'est quoi le secret pour ces hook non positionné Peux on greffer un module à n'importe quel hook existant? Pourkoi certains ne permettenet pas d'afficher le module pourtant ils existent dans les pages .tpl? Quelqu'un peux intervenir sur le sujet et nous éclairer? Dear all, As you know, there are a lot of hooks in Prestashop (about near70 hooks). But more of them are not used. For a given module, if we just transplant the module to one of these non used hook (Example: HOOK_EXTRA_RIGHT) Does it shows in the front office. (Of course we add the corresponded fuinction to the php class...) I want to add a new module in the right block of product page I have notice: {if $HOOK_EXTRA_RIGHT}{$HOOK_EXTRA_RIGHT}{/if} But even If I transplant correctly a module, it does not show? As shown in the attached pic, the module in transplanted correctly in the Hook, but nothing appears in the FO. What is the secret behind these non-positionable hooks ? Some one can help me? Hi all, After payements, sometimes I do not receive notifications from Prestashop, only from payement servers (Paypal, ...). Most probably the user do not return to the shop after the payement to validate the payement. So what to do to allways receive the notification, even if the user pake the payement and do not return to the shop? I heard about Card_id stuffs... Did someone faced the issue? Can someone help? This message to administrator of this Forums. I have seen a good option in Joomla Forums. They add the possibility to add a "Tahnks" to the person who responded well to a given topic/problem. The numbers of thanks will be show on the profile, like number of posts. So we request this feature in Prestashop Module. Pass the message to administrators to imporve the forum. Thanks

Hi, Try with old module, try to get the old module and search for it. Reinstall it, and uninstall it. Then you can install the new module propoerly. If the problem persists, this must be a bug of the module, some records sticks in the DB, so you need to look for the mobile tab, and dele it manually. Hope this help.
