The new account I created works fine, but I can't log into the old test account. I tried changing the password and other solutions, but nothing seems to help. In var/logs, there are several log files named 'ps_accounts-yyyy-mm-dd'. ps_accounts-2024-10-30.htm

Yup, I deleted both, but the issue presists. After disabling non PrestaShop modules nothing changes.

Hello, I upgraded my shop from 1.7.8.8 to 1.7.8.11. The process went smoothly, but after further inspection, I discovered some issues. I’m unable to log into customer accounts created before the update, and when I enable debug mode to investigate, an error message appears (see attached picture). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
