I have access to the site (the store), but not to the Prestashop account where the marketplace is also located, so it won't be me who disconnects, but the PrestaShop support service. Therefore, I cannot migrate anything from the previous Prestashop account. My question is whether it's enough to link a new account for everything to work correctly or not. I have never worked with Prestashop before, so I don’t know how it works. Thank you for your help
