Hi! i want the site products to show inclusive tax (VAT). In the categories and product page. I have added my tax rule in admin and i can se all my products in admin both exklusive and inclusive tax. Do you understand what i mean?

HI, how can i change so the ordered products is displaying the right way under the right column. For example so column reference has the reference number right under and the column product has the product name right under etc. No it's doesn't display in the right way. I have tried different mail template but still the same. See attached image.

Hi, i have a question about product stock for my prestashop. I use 8.2.0 I want all my products by default so that they can be ordered, even if they are out of stock. But some products i have on my Outlet/Sale category i need to add quantity, so my customer only can order the quantity i have for those specific products and when they are sold out they can't be ordered anymore. Is there any way to do this setting?

HI, i found the problem. It was the language settings Localization > Languages. I Had disabled the language for Swedish somehow... When i enable it, it worked again.

Hi! does anyone know what can cause this problem. I'm in the back office and go to the product list and click on one of the products in the row and after that i get this error message. I have attached image1 and image2. When i click on the product that has a red arrow i get this error (see image1). I have also tried to click on other products and create a new product. But i get the same error. I haven't updated the Prestashop or any other updates. No new module installs. This just happened suddenly. Using Prestashop 8.2.0 ... Hi, I've solved it 😃. I found the problem. I've mistakenly removed contact under Shop parameters -> Contact. See attached image. After i fixed a new shop contact (Customer Service) here it's working as it should.

HI, I had the previous version before i update to 8.2.0, I'm not sure what version it was but it was 8.x.x something, sorry. I have had the shop for about two months, so newly i suppose. It has never worked to add my own email settings. I have used the system settings - /usr/sbin/sendmail (recommended; works in most cases). What more do you need to know?

Hi, is there someone who know what can be the problem with my Prestashop (Prestashop version 8.2.0). I want to set my own SMTP parameters. In admin I'm trying to add my own email settings for that but when i press save nothing saves and it's keeps being empty. See image. What can be the problem when it behaves like that?

Hi, can anyone help me understand what can be wrong with my Klarna module. I have active the module with the credentials for it. But when and a product and then try go to checkout page the page bounce right back to start page. Hi, i have a problem that i don't know how to fix and hope some of you guys can help me with. A couple of days ago i updated my prestashop to 8.2.0 and the update procedure when fine. After the update I have som issue with my checkout page. I have bought two modules custom payment and one checkout. I activated debug mode i admin to see debug messages. I deactivated the modules after i got the debug message do see what to do and let the standard prestashop checkout be the main checkout. Day after that i did some other work on the page, update products and for some reason i needed to deactivate the debug mode in admin, i switched the debug mode off. After this action i get this error, see attached image. It's impossible to reach both frontpage and admin page. I don't know what to do, can somebody get me advice what to do? Login page gives me the message, see image attached and in the front i get a HTTP ERROR 500 I have tried to push to button enable the debug mode, but it won't work.

Hi, I'm trying to understand what I'm doing wrong here. I have set tax rate 25% on my site and have config that in Presta admin and also config that i want it to show exkl. tax in the front. Still it shows inkl. tax on the product page. But the price is exkl. tax. See attached images. Sorry for my messy explanation.
