Hello, I have a question. We migrated an e-commerce site from woocommerce to prestashop via a service provider located in Peru. However, once the migration is done, we discover that there is a major problem with prices. First of all, the prices were migrated incl. VAT from WooCommerce to be put incl. VAT on PrestaShop. As a result, the back office prices are not good. But what's more serious is that there is a difference between the prices displayed in the front office and in the back office. And what's more, when you make the correct price modification in the back office, the price remains different on the front. How to explain this error and how to fix it?

Bonjour, j'ai une question. Nous avons effectué la migration d'un site e-commerce de woocommerce vers prestashop via un prestataire qui se situe au Pérou. Or, une fois la migration faite, on découvre qu'il y a un problème majeur avec les prix. Tout d'abord les prix ont été migrés en ttc depuis WooCommerce pour être mis en HT sur PrestaShop. Du coup les prix en back office ne sont pas bons. Mais il y a plus grave, il y a une différence entre les prix affichés en front office et en back office. Et en plus, lorsqu'on effectue la bonne modification du prix en back office, le prix reste différent sur le front. Comment expliquer cette erreur et comment y remédier ? site web
