Running Prestashop version 1.7.8.1 and PHP 7.4.26 (Also tried 7.3 and 7.2) on a fresh install, the dropdown box to select language or the buttons to switch languages for the description when editing categories are completely unresponsive and stay in English no matter what. The language dropdowns work on all other pages of the Prestashop interface. Manually editing the translation strings from a database manager also works fine.
Chrome console says the following when opening the category management page: (themes/new-theme doesn't exist on the server?)
