    Hi everyone, I am using prestashop 1.7.5. Today I purchased and downloaded a new theme. I now want to apply it but cannot. For some reason when I scroll down to "select a theme" I can see my new theme uploaded (v1_electron), but you cannot click on it or do anything with it...(see screenshot attached). Am I missing something really obvious? I don't understand why it is this way, as in online tutorials people were able to change it through here. Many thanks

    Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this. I am using Prestashop 1.7.5, my site is www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk, theme PRSADD050. Everything in back office has been running smoothly, however, yesterday it randomly stopped letting me into my product catalog. When I click on it it starts loading for ages and then eventually there is a timeout error, so I cannot access my catalog at all. If someone could please advise me on what I can do that would be great. Please use simple terminology if possible. Thank you.

    I am looking to move my site gr8-kitchenware.co.uk to a new server, going from cpanel to plesk. I want to copy files and database and upload to a trial domain to make sure its all working. My idea is to upload latest Prestashop version to new domain and then restore my saved files and database to this…..check it out make sure its ok. Questions are; 1) I have some customized scripting….will these copy across ok when I restore? 2) Do I download my files from cpanel into a zip file…..then upload and extract? 3) Is this a sensible way of doing this? Many thanks in advance for your help, it is truly appreciated.

    Hiya Nickz, sorry I will add detail to the post now. This started happening a week or so ago after we ran out of storage space with our web host - Just Host (since upgraded storage). Using Prestashop 1.7.5. Shop has been up for about 3 years.

    Hiya, any advice or help is really appreciated please. I will soon be moving web hosts from Just Host to Plesk. I want to know how I can properly backup my Prestashop store in case something was to go wrong, so that everything on my store is preserved. I have read previous posts about doing backups but a lot of jargon is used that I don't really understand (I am very new to this). If anyone could help guide me through this process in the most simple way possible I would truly be grateful. Many thanks!

    Hiya, if someone could please help me that would be wonderful. I am using Prestashop 1.7.5, my server is Just Host. About 2 weeks ago our site went down because we ran out of storage space on our server. After we upgraded our storage this issue started to occur. Everytime I am trying to permanently delete items from my catalog, the page crashes and shows me this error. This means I am unable to delete any old stock. I can deactivate fine, I am just not sure why this is happening? (see photo attached). Many thanks in advance!

    Hi everyone, I would like some help please regarding my promo code box. My website URL is https://www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk and I am using module PRSADD040 prestashop 1.7.5 On my site the box only appears if you click on the "have a discount code to use? click here" I would like for the box to always be visible please. I've attached screenshots of what the site currently looks like and how I would like it to permanently look without customers having to click. Many thanks!

    Hi everyone. I would like some help please regarding my website. I use prestashop 1.7.5 theme PRSADD040 & website is www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk I've attached a screenshot for you to see the issue, on mobiles and tablets the two quantity arrows are in the wrong place and have shifted slightly. This is on each product page. Desktops are not affected by this problem. If someone could please help me with how to put them in line with the quantity I would be truly grafetul! Many thanks.
