  1. I had the exact thing happened to me just now. I got the weird cyan background color and "View as HTML" is different from "Edit as HTML". I'm trying to restore all files with a backup and some emails seem to be fixed but some are not. Maybe I missed some files... Edit: turns out it was the themes/themefolder/mails/en that I needed to restore, not the mails folder in the root directory. I was just trying to get my logo/banner to show in my emails, so I thought to hard code the URL of the image in there. After hitting Save this mess happens.
  2. Hi El, I found your website through another post and have already sent you a quote
  3. I'm considering a Prestashop expert who can help me with the following tasks: convert PSD to HTML for my new theme (must be responsive and be compatible with major browsers - previously tried to use Prestashop's mobile site but always get a blank screen. Ugh!) optimize performance and speed of my shop upgrade to latest Prestashop version fix some existing bugs (such as the in-built Loyalty program - currently doesn't work for me; Stripe addon has a high "Payment error" rate, and so on...) These are short term tasks for me, but I would like to have someone I can go to for Prestashop help in the long term. I'm tired of doing everything myself! Looking forward to seeing what you have to offer. Thanks!
  4. Vekia, that's perfect, your solution worked!! :-) Thanks so much!
  5. Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm having the exact problems as the original poster and the solution that vekia provided did not help. See the below screenshot. I am logged into my admin with https. I drag and drop the slide to another position and the yellow loading bar just keeps loading, nothing ever saves. See the error that appeared after I drag and drop. Can anyone help?
  6. Update: upon further testing, it looks like when I apply discount A of $4 off, then apply discount B of $5 off, if discount B has a higher priority, $5 will be applied. But if both discounts are allowed to be used at the same time, then discount A and B will show $5 off for a total of $10, when it should be just $9.
  7. I've set up a bunch of discount codes (percentage off), all set to work WITH each other if the customer chooses. However my shopping cart always ends up choosing the most recent discount code and not applying the rest, even though it shows all the coupons in the cart. Is the issue because all coupon codes are set to Priority 1 and I use percentage off...? Would the scenario change if I set dollar amount coupon codes?
  8. So I've set a free shipping cart rule that will work only on a specific carrier - USPS First Class. When I apply the voucher code on the checkout page, the shipping fee is deducted, as it should. However when I scroll to the bottom to select delivery method, it shows ALL my carrier options and lists them all as free (even though I only specified for First Class to be free). If I select Priority Mail, the voucher code is removed and the shipping fee is added to my cart, as it should. This seems to be a problem with the delivery options all showing as free. Is there a way to show the prices for the other carriers that are not free?
  9. Hi, I use tables in CMS pages just fine. Did you click on the "HTML" button so you can code the tables from scratch?
  10. Sounds like you need to set up a Cart Rule (voucher). You can select "free shipping" as the voucher, and specify a minimum order amount ($175 in your case). You can also specify for which carriers you want this voucher available for. I'm trying to do this myself - free shipping for First Class USPS only - however the checkout page doesn't recognize the specific carrier selection (USPS in my case) and shows all options I have for shipping. Whichever a customer selects, they get free shipping. Might be a bug for me. Can you let me know if it works successfully for you?
  11. Looks like henribaeyens has a kind-of-workaround. I'm not too familiar with code. Can anyone help spell it out? Or is there a better solution?
  12. Hi, this might be a bit late, but maybe useful to future readers. Go to Modules > Mail Alerts module You can turn off low stock emails from there.
  13. Hey ajensen27, did you manage to find anyone here or at Freelancer.com to help modify your stripe module? I'm in need of some mods too, specifically to make Stripe play nice with prestashop's one page checkout and guest checkout (Stripe cannot validate address for guest checkout if the address entered was different than the billing address (i.e. sending as gift)). If you have someone you can recommend, please let me know! Would greatly appreciate. Thanks.
  14. Hello, I just installed and tested using Stripe on my Prestashop store at http://tinyhandsonline.com. After clicking on Submit Order, I am directed to https://tinyhandsonl.../validation.php which shows the following error: In the back office, there are warnings for the order that say: I used my own home address and zip code, so I'm not sure why it wasn't validated. How can I fix this? Can I turn address validation off? How can I make the page following submission of order look more presentable than a Server Error page, if there is no fix?
  15. I turned Canonical URLs on which seems to have messed with my 404 error page. When I try to load the 404 error page, I get a message: I have both 404.php and 404.tpl files in my FTP, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I turn Canonical URLs off, and the 404 error page works as it should, and all nonexistent/incorrect urls get redirected fine to the 404 page. I just upgraded my site to 1.5.2 from 1.3.6 and *need* Canonical URLs to be turned on, but the 404 page problem is screwing up my SSL security at checkout. Help, anyone? SOLVED: Turns out my friendly URL for the 404 page was "404-error", saved from my older version of prestashop. I changed the friendly url to "page-not-found" through the back office and the 404 error page shows up fine!
  16. Thanks for your offer! I just had jeevanoss@gmail.com from here fix my problem in less than 2 hours since I posted this. Great guy!
  17. Hi, I am currently using Prestashop v 1.3.6. In the latest version 1.4.x of Prestashop, there is a feature in vouchers/coupon codes that lets you choose which user group can use which discount. For example: I have 2 user groups: 1) Retail customers (who purchase at regular prices) 2) Wholesale clients (who buy in bulk for a 50% discount) I currently have a 10% discount that I let ANYONE use. What I need done is to prevent the Wholesale clients user group from using the additional 10% discount, as they already get a 50% automatically. Upgrading to the latest version is absolutely not an option at this point. Please let me know if you're willing to help with a workaround!
  18. Just found that if you go into ganalytics.php in modules, you'll find the all the code for Ecommerce tracking. Though I'm still trying to find out how to implement this into my third party payment module (Agile Paypal).
  19. Has anyone had the pleasure of using OneAff http://oneaff.com/ ? It looks like a pretty solid alternative to the very few options we have for affiliate software integration into Prestashop.
  20. My PS version is 1.3.6 and have been running for several months now. The theme I use is self-built and designed, my current cart works fantastically well. However if I decide to upgrade to the latest version of PS, I would like a professional service to perform this for me. Upgrades are far more complicated than I can handle, plus it's not worth the risk to put my shop on hiatus. I am getting steady sales and visitors, which I do not want to break. If you are a professional service with ample experience, is able to upgrade my theme's compatibility and at the end of the day, make a duplicated site (except on 1.4.3), please contact me with your rates (or flat rate fee), website and porfolio. It is likely that you'll work on your separate test server until everything looks perfect, once complete we'll upload and replace the existing website.
  21. Just to put my thoughts on the table, The order-confirmation page is not an ideal goal url since the customer is not required to press the "Return to Shop" button that's on Paypal. I don't know about Sagepay. Haven't used it, but maybe that could have a similar problem.
  22. I am using the Agile Paypal (anonymous, fast checkout) module as my only payment module. I am having problems with creating Analytic goals that track my sales conversions accurately and my Ecommerce tracking has stopped logging my sales for weeks now. I want to set up two kinda of sales goals: 1) Purchase with registration (typical checkout) 2) Purchase with fast lane checkout (no registration) If you're an Analytics expert who can solve my problems for me so that my GA tracks accurately, please let me know.
  23. I am, too, looking for help on this. Ecommerce stopped tracking after a while.
  24. It doesn't seem like there's a clear solution to having a blog on the shop. I'm also looking for integrating WP to look like my shop (I don't care that the back-ends are not put together) while keeping header, footer and right sidebar navigation links. I think I can pull it off myself with the crappy way of manually linking my WP links to follow the PS ones but that wouldn't be very sleek. My website is http://tinyhandsonline.com if someone wanted to look at it and offer me with a solution!
