    Claro podríamos al conocer como llegaste a este problema. Con la tienda en Prestashop 8.1.7 utilizaste que plantilla, legaste a 8.1.7 como primer tienda o vienes de una versión anterior? La monatste in localhost? Windows version? Linux Distro y versión? Y como último: Estas en un ambiente servidor compartido?
