Bestelknop werkt niet meer
RoelH replied to RoelH's topic in PrestaShop Download: installatie, bijwerken en configureren
Beste jacob_v_dam, Bedankt voor het attenderen hierop. Ik zal een upgrade naar 1.7.8.1 uitvoeren. -
Hi, thanks for your reply. I changed the format from: dd-mm-Yyyy H:i:s to: d-m-Y H:i:s and now the date showes allright (like 09-11-2021), which is strange as in the new format it should be something like 9-1-21. But: it works, so I will use this new date format! Thanks again!

Why is the representation of the date in my shop so strange? It is written like: '1010-0909-2021212121' meaning: '10-09-2021'. For myself I do not mind, but for my customers - it is also written like this in confirmation emails - it is stupid. How to solve this? See some examples in my screenshots

Hi JBW, Thanks for pointing me to this solution! It is really not a pleasure when one's shop does not work at the crucial payment-part! I followed the suggestion in https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/26274 by deleting "{if !$selected_payment_option} disabled {/if}" in payment.tpl. Thanks!

After I upgraded to version 1.7.8.0 I got a message from a customer that he could not check-out. After filling in all the details the button to actually pay was not accessible. I tried for myself and noticed he was right. I now want to re-install PrestaShop 1.7.8.0 (either by Installatron or by hand, via the module '1-Click Upgrade'), but I cannot execute this. It only works with a real upgrade and not with the same version. I looks that I now can only de-install PrestaShop at my server (after making backups) and re-install it fresh again, with hopefully restoring my database to it and making all the modifications I did. Horrible! Does anyone know a better solution? Thanks!

Bedankt!!

1.7 Product volgorde Prestashop 1.7.6.7 OPGELOST :)
RoelH replied to hetschoenmakertje's topic in Algemeen
OK, maar dan moet de 'standaard sortering' wel staan op "Positie binnen categorie" (Configureer > Winkelinstellingen > Producten > Paginering > Standaardvolgorde). -
I followed the advice of Max Ritt by sorting the products on Products page (https://nimb.ws/rXYxBR) by Configure > Shop Parameters > Product Settings Pagination > Default order by: Date of product modification. That works fine. But how to sort products on my Home page, where I use Featured Products and the products are apparently randomly exposed? I hope anyone can help me, Thanks!

How to Sort by date products in category in presta 1.7
RoelH replied to cs071372's topic in Configuring and using PrestaShop
I followed this advice and it works on productpages. But how to implement this on my Home page? There the sorting is standard by Product-ID, but I would like to have it also by Date Changed. -
Hi, Thanks for your suggestions. Indeed, what I want is something similar as to the module Product Labels $ Stickers. I tried the Back Office Demo and it looks allright. I know of the 'Stock Notification' option you mentioned, but then this label shows on the details page of the product and not in the Home page placed over a product. Kind regards, RoelH

Hi, I would like to use product-flags on the picture of my products, but I do not know how to use it. Iwould like to put a different date on each item, as being the date on which you can order the product (a prepared meal). Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. Go to Preferences > CMS > Add new CMS page" en "click the "Tools" option and click "Source Codes"", allemaal van een oudere PrestaShop versie.

Thanks! I will check my server for any restrictions. What do you mean by 'page builder'? You mean 'Creative Elements - Elementor based PageBuilder Module'?

Hi, Thanks for your suggestions, I will try these to see whether they do what I want to do.

I would like to have the opportunity to receive a confirmation e-mail when the product of my webshop is ordered and paid for, so that I can get things ready without having to check my PrestaShop webshop. Is this a standard option? And when so, how to turn it on?

How can I add custom HTML in textfields, either by iframe or not. When I try to do this I get an error: 500 Server Error Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. I want to add a form, made by JotForm, where JotForm states that to use the form with PretaShop I need to place it with an iframe, by: How to add your form into PrestaShop 1 Go to your Administration Panel > Preferences > General and "Allow iFrames on HTML Fields". 2 Go back to your Prestashop back-end and make a " New CMS Page ". 3 A new page editor will load. Fill it out, then in the Textbox Editor click on the HTML Button, Insert your Form iFrame Code, then click " Update ". 4 Finally go ahead and click " Save and Preview " and you're done! But when I follow this I get the 500 Server Error How to solve this?

No this not the right way to do this. For example, in /themes/classic/assets/css there is a file: custom.css That is where you put css rules to change your webstore, like background-color and so on. This custom.css overrules the standard theme.css So when you do not want the copyright sentence "C 2020 - E-commerce-software by PrestaShopTM" in your shop you put the following in custom.css: .text-sm-center { display: none !important; }

How come that I do not see the "header-nav" and "header-top" modules in the mobile representation of the standard shop (classic)? I tried to resolve this by restoring the login link in the module manager, but now I do not see this in the PC representation either! How to resolve this?
