I upload products before 60 days it's still pending. Why you taking too much time for validation. Kindly please review my prodcts.

I upload my themes 1 month ago but it's still on validation process. My 2 themes are successfully live but at this time it takes too much time in validation. I also contact in prestashop help center they also don't reply my message. And i also promote my theme in prestashop marketplace. i reserve my slot but they don't give me any receipt for my purchase. I don't what can i do? If you have any solution then please let me know. Thanks in advance. Regards.
