How to create root category in prestashop 1.6 its creating every time the sub category . please help me with the navigation .

not able to change my website background color,tell me how to do that with default 6.1 theme.i want to make my website backgroiund as blue.

guys same problem I also facing ,pls help me to fix ,my menu is not showing and the feature ,popular etc section deleted with all the products and in admin panel the products section not opening giving 500 error.Pls help .
