We have products that are shipped to various countries. However, apart from USA, taxes for all other countries are 0 although the taxes and rules for all countries are created and enabled (default prestashop settings). User is asked to select country before the tax is calculated. For countries other than USA this just does not work. Any inputs on this appreciated. Using Prestashop 1.7.6.5 I read in many places that we have to select tax for each product but then that would mean single tax regardless of the country/

It seems that the most straightforward things in Prestashop dont work. Too many third party modules are needed to be purchased to make everything work which should be standard for an e-commerce application. Simple taxes without any modifications don't work with any combination of rules. Why they don't work out of the box is unknown. Simple expectation: Taxes should be applied according to the country where the product is to be shipped. Actual Behaviour: A single tax for USA is applied to customers from all countries. This is totally unacceptable, I think i made a mistake with prestashop. Should have used something else.

I am using Printful.com as a vendor and suddenly the prestashop store stopped connecting to Printful on its own. Contacted Printful and they replied: What's the reason suddenly this could be sending the header in lowercase? In \classes\webservice\WebServiceRequest.php I have: setHeaderParams('X-Powered-By', 'PrestaShop Webservice') This is the only file where its being set as far as I can search. Prestashop Version 1.7.6.5 Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone know or can someone help to combine printify.com and printful.com into a single store? The problem is routing orders to the correct provider. Thanks.

Edit: Everything works fine on AMP mobile site but not on Desktop site. I have many products with Size And Color attributes All products have been updated with good stock quantities (500 each). We have not yet launched because this bug cant be resolved through various suggestions of similar issues but on older versions. ISSUE: Applies to random products in our store When we go to the product details page from anywhere on the site, the correct product is displayed There are 1 or 2 attributes for size and color selection When we change the selection, the following things occur 1. URL changes with some other product code coming up. 2. The product image changes. Everything else remains unchanged like price, product name, breadcrumbs, 3. Subsequent selection of attributes has no effect and the wrong image loaded after first selection continues to hold Strangely this is happening to only some products and not all. I have checked the quantites, attributes and setting for products that have a problem and those that dont. Allow sale even when stock is 0 is set to YES Somewhere the wires are crossed for some products and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
