Hello, On my client's website, access to the back office is suddenly impossible. This has been going on for a while now, and it is very urgent that I help, but unfortunately, I haven't figured out what to do so far. We can access the login page, but when we enter credentials (whether they are correct or incorrect), upon validation, we do not access the back office. The same page is simply reloaded, without the form elements (see attached image). The project is on my VPS, so I have (almost) full control. Below, I provide more information on the logs. Je viens de lire ce chapitre dans la doc sur le Context : Du coup je me demande s'il n'y a pas un lien ? Sachant que dans mes logs il y a ce genre de choses :

@Eolia J'ai vérifié dans la base de données (MySQL) j'ai bien les employees qui y sont toujours, ils existent bien. Et le comportement est le même que l'on mette un bon user, un mauvais user, idem avec les mots de passe. Oui j'ai fait "mot de passe oublié", cela m'envoie bien un lien de réinitialisation sur mon mail mais du coup le problème reste le même.

Bonjour @Eolia, merci pour ton retour. Pour info, le shop est up depuis novembre 2021, j'avais installé un thème payant et pas grand chose de plus de souvenir. Le site fonctionnait sans problème depuis, et là le problème est apparu du jour au lendemain sans modification de quoi que ce soit de mon côté. Saurais-tu comment je pourrais mieux diagnostiquer ? Bonjour, Sur le site de ma cliente, d'un coup l'accès au backoffice est impossible. Cela fait maintenant longtemps et il est très urgent que je l'aide mais je n'ai malheureusement pas su quoi faire pour l'instant. On peut accéder à la page de login mais lorsqu'on entre des identifiants (qu'ils soient bons ou mauvais), à la validation on n'accède pas au BO. On a juste la même page qui est rechargée, sans les éléments de formulaire (voir image jointe). Le projet est sur mon VPS j'ai donc (quasi) tous les contrôles. Ci-dessous je vous mets plus d'infos sur les logs, merci énormément par avance car je suis vraiment dans la mouise et c'est très compliqué (la cliente est une amie chère et compte sur moi...). Hi everyone, I'm customizing a theme, and I have to modify the order confirmation page. I'm using the Prestashop Checkout module for payment and it seems that there are no development mode with test cards to test the payment, so I had to do real payments with my real card for testing. I don't want to do this every time I need to load the order confirmation page for theme customization. Do you have any idea on how to do this? Thanks in advance
