unfortunately the theme (classic native) does not support this, what you can do that you can simply buy "Amazing filter" module (or there are lot of but i like this one) and then you can enable and disable left column filters on all the pages, via this module, the PS facet module should be disable then. i dont see any left column on search page, this is what i see...

please can you turn on the left pane for search page, and leave it as until i check it. there are just three things to make it work. 1. the layout changing to left column for search page (i already told u) 2. rebuild or re index search items. 3. make sure PS facet module is not hidden (css) on search page. also go to facet module and see if there is filter settings for search page. turn the layout on for search, leave a confirmation message to me, and i will see how it look like or what is wrong with it.

thats wierd why the PS_guest table is not created in your database, did you freshly installed it or upgraded it from p.s 1.6 to ps 1.7? any ways you can create the table with phpmyadmin. If you are not comfortable then ask your developer to avoid problem. follow this topic

oh its because your search is not indexed properly, go to advance parameters/perferances>search and index all missing products p.s can you share your site url

HI, it seems you are using PHP 7.3 version which is not compatible yet, go to the cpanel or host settings, change the PHP version to 7.2 , the issue shall resolve with it. regards

Hi, go to BO> Design> Theme and logo > Layout. and there change the layout of search page to "two column - small left column....." after that the facet search will appear on the search page as same as the category page. Regards

Hi there, i am facing a weird issue on back office, PS version is 1.7.6.5, when i click Design> position it will take me to 404 page not found , there is nothing in debug mode it wont show anything, it will load the 404 page not found. tho if i open a module config page and click on manage hooks , it will go correctly to the positions page but just for that module only. i have checked everything , like server configs , php version is 7.2, all php setting are correct, i have also disabled all overrides and disabled non PS modules in performance but no luck i searched online and it seems the issue is on PS 1.7.6.5 but no one is able to fix it yet. Hi, i am trying to add "if a customer is new or not" on pdf invoice and delivery slip , i am trying to do it by checking if customer had orders greater then 1 order, but this is not working and i am not sure how i will make it work. i am writing this code in header.tpl inside the pdf folder {if (count($customer_orders) >1) } <td>old customer</td> {else} <td">new customer</td> {/if} i am using prestashop 1.7.6.4 Thanks in advance
