There's is long pending unresolved bug in, i had re produced the bug in PS 1.7.8.0 to PS 1.7.8.7 it exists in multiple domains having fresh installation. this happens when you checkout with guest account. it take you to a page where nothing can be clicked and you have to go back one page, explained in the video. it happens while creating an address and UNCKECK "Use this address for invoice too" .... another known bug here is that it create duplicate addresses as well. so afterwards when you try to edit any of the invoice as in the video. it will take you to that dead end page, shown in the first screenshot. i had checked for this issue on github even i had checked in PS 1.8 beta but there is no know fix for this. 194403168-c25ab778-a146-49a4-98fe-f4b67f7ec39b.mp4 Thanks Expected behavior When you edit an invoice/billing address as a guest it should go to the address edit page rather then the dead end page. (also multiple addresses should not be created when you uncheck "use this address for invoice too" ) Steps to reproduce 1. as a guest add a product to cart. 2. Go to checkout page. 3. In login continue as guest. 4. create an address and continue . 5. Go back to addresses and add new address and uncheck "use this address for invoice too" and save it. 6. Again go back to addresses 1st know bug > (you will see duplicates of that addresses). 7. try to edit the selected invoice/billing address there and it will lead you to the dead end page. 8. if you are not able to see the bug at first, Repeat the steps from 5 to 7 and you will see that dead end page. PrestaShop version(s) where the bug happened 1.7.8.7 PHP version(s) 7.2
  3. Download Amazingblog module and search for the word "Related posts" in all of its directory via Notepad++ . this is a easy way to find it. it must be there in tpl files. Regards
  4. try to seach and change it on the theme translation (change it core & classic theme as well). if it still wont change. that means u simply will need to access that tpl file and change it there directly or add the translation code to it so that way it will show up in translations. Thanks

There seems to be issue with the old products created before the issue occured, (the new products shall saved/update fine?) if this is the case then you need to further debug it via database, telly the cells of a new and old product and look for changes in it. "if debug is not showing any error then it will be a little harder to rectify the issue, you need to work out more to get to the exact issue" Regards

  8. Hi, You said three issues 1. images are not showing. all of them or some of them? did you tried to regenerate the images which is required for some hosts? 2. links are not workings. (regenerate .htaccess file) but which links are not working all of them or just some of them and what error or redirects it does? 3. i see a folder called : C:\xampp\htdocs\name_site on the server everythime, i deleted it, but it's created again ! (possibly it is created via a module/u can ignore it for now if it does not affect anything & focus on the above issues) Please can you explain the errors in good way so that it can be addressed by the developers.   9. @Nickz @Prestachamps The requester issue had already fixed as per his previous answer.... but next day the other issues comes along. the suspection of low on Hardisk/memory/malware/host/permission can be anything as he does not want to show de`bug errors. but i would recommend a developer to him to audit his server and store.   10. Yes please get a Theme , the current one is native classic theme . and you need to get a theme for better design and features. Regards
  11. It seems the store is in "Catalog mode" can you check Back office> Store parameters> Product Configuration > Disable Catalog mode & Save
  12. Disable "Registration field module" & Enable debug mode to see what error remains.

  19. Hi, Why dont you change the engine to MYSQL in WHM first. otherwise the database can be converted but you will stuck with some of the tables may not compatible. Regards
  20. Look for soft_shop_url table in the database it must be there. (it is a table not column) - This is the first place and first step where you have to change the url. Regards
  21. Hi, DBprifex_shop_url is a table (not in config table & make sure ur db prefix start with PS_) serach this on the root. if it does not exit there then please make sure you are not using multistore? if not then your databse is not created/migrated correctly. Regards

Hi, First Try > load this url https://Domain Name here/Admin name here/index.php/improve/modules/manage (change to ur domain url and change the admin) this means load directly another page rather then dashboard and try. Second & Important thing > remove .htaccess file & Disable URL rewriting (in database) & then rename or delete Var/cache/prod & Dev folders - then give it a try. Hope this will be helpful Regards
