Hello the link of ndiaga doesn't work anymore. I have the same problem of the author of this topic. I need to send an email voucher only for newsletter subsciber and not for every new customer. Does anyone find a solution?

The default module of the newsletter send emails when customers are buyng some product. I don't want this happens. It must send emails only if the customers decides to subscribe to the newsletter and not when is going to bui something. At this link: http://helpme.emeraldlab.it/prestashop/bug-newsletter.mp4 you can see the bug In the attachment you can see my setting for the module. It says that only if the user subscibe it will send the email. Indeed, the system doesn't registry the customers as a newsletter subscriber when he buys something. So, I don't know why it sends the email for the new newsletter subscribers. Is it a bug? How to fix it? I hope I explained myself Thank you, Pekkhyu P.S: Prestashop Version 1.7.6 Php version: 7.3

I need it, because I want when a user go to one of my category page, he will see a page with videos and images as products cover. Hello, I'm an italian developer and I develop this site with Prestashop 1.7.5.1: https://www.homeposter.it/ The site is only in italian, non multilanguage. I installed Pretty URLS and now in every product page, when I changed from the last 2 attributes to another one I get the error: An error occurred while processing your request This happens only when I changed from the last 2. I think the problem is that Pretty URLS have to "delete" the last words from the URL and change its with the new. The file is in: themes\YOURTHEMENAME\templates\catalog\_partials\miniatures\product.tpl NOT " my product.tpl". There is no "MY".

Hello everyone, I try to edit the "sort by" select in my site and I want to obtain theese 4 options: 1) From relevance (and it's ok, I modify the position in Catalog-Products) 2) from the most recent to the oldest 3) from the oldest to the most recent 4) by popularity I found the file Ps_FacetedsearchProductSearchProvider.php in modules\ps_facetedsearch\src\Ps_FacetedsearchProductSearchProvider.php and I obtained the first 3 of 4 options that i need. I have a similar problem... I use Prestashop 1.7.5. I have a product with combinations and many related products. When I select another combinations the website show me "An error occurred while processing your request" I noticed that the error occurs only when the product has related products. When there are not related products everything works fine. Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem...only when I use combinations and related products together. Does anyone find a solution?
