Hello, First of all I am running 1.7.5.1, the issue is I tried to add a shipping number into an order, but I can't click edit, all that button does is adding a # at the end of the url, nothing else. So my question is pretty simple, how do I add a tracking number to the shipping field of an order ?

Hi Theodor, Sorry for the late reply It did the same on my server, if you delete line 26 on index.php 26: set_time_limit(0); It will be able to install.

Turns out the server host, doesn't have a clue how to enable php logs, or at least they won't share it with me, spoke with 6 different people now. So I lost my patience and reinstalled everything instead. Everything works just fine now, thank you and sorry I couldn't be of help solving whatever caused the issue.

Thank you for the reply, I will do that. Currently my hosting provider doesn't allow me to enable php logging, so I contacted their 2nd level technician in order to enable this. So I will return with the log as soon as possible.

Update: So now I have managed to unlock the control panel, I can do everything it seems like. But.. Only when debug mode is activated, the moment I disable debug mode, I get the HTTP ERROR 500 again, any solution to this issue ?

So I downgraded the php version to 7.2 got access to some new debug panels, I've never seen before. So I found this one error I guess is the cause, but I can't decode it. Okay, so I 've got around 1200+ views on my original post in danish, but no one has even answered. So I'll try asking here, hopefully with more luck. I have been locked out of my backend once again, all I did was disabling the module ps_contactinfo, and now I got this error message: https://pastebin.com/2CAYScbF Last time I got locked out, I was able to reset the module ps_linklist and everything has worked since then. So obviously I tried that again, but I cannot get access to anything this time, front end works just fine.. But the shop is useless without a proper backend. So quick question, how do one fix this ? [Løsning] I mit tilfælde hjalp det at nulstille det modul som styre link widget.

Hej folkens, Jeg er helt grøn til prestashop, har dog rodet en del med andre shops osv. Jeg var ved at sætte en ny shop op og alt virkede som det skulle indtil jeg skulle ændre et modul nedern på siden "prestashop.module.link" Så fik jeg pludselig fejlen HTTP ERROR 500 og kunne ikke logge ind på admin siden, alt andet virkede som det skulle. https://pastebin.com/BFnKc2r8 (Crashede forrige post ved at poste fejlkoden her, så I må nøjes med en pastebin) Sidder her og er lidt blank, for kunne bare ikke få lov til at ændre et simpelt modul ?! Jeg sidder på version 1.7.5.1 På forhånd tak. [Opdatering] Jeg har nu fået adgang til backend igen ved at omdøbe modulet ps_linklist på ftp serveren. Har forsøgt at smide en ny ps_linklist ind fra et andet domæne hvor det virker. Jeg får stadig denne fejl når jeg prøver at redigerer modulet: Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible.
