Hello, I am fairly new to Prestashop. I have been searching for a CMS that would allow me to create a webstore that is fully customizable. I think I like the Prestashop Starter Theme option. I have Prestashop installed on my local host using MAMP on my iMac. However when I make edits to CSS I am not seeing changes. What is the proper Developer Environment that will allow quick updates to the changes I make in CSS or HTML? Also where can I study Smarty templates?
