Hi so we recently upgraded the Prestashop to 1.7.7.8 and for some reason - when a customer applies a discount code shared while checking out the checkout does not happen - the credit card payment gateway does not open - which normally does if its full price. we have been struggling with this for last 3 months or so appreciate if someone has a solution for the same. we are based in Dubai, UAE.

Hello i was wondering if there is a module or preexisiting module which has the feature of maintainign a common inventory between a retail store and the online store. so i have a retail store and a website- if a sale is done in the retail store i have to physically reduce the quantity at the back end and the chances of human error is always there. looking for a module which will reduce the inventory the minute the item is scanned and sold in the retail store.

Hi This is in regards to the multi currency option in the localisation section. I rin a webstore based out of UAE and have a drop down of 3 currencies on home page - USD / SAR / AED. however when a customer uses the SAR / USD as the chosen currency the payment is not going through the payment gateway - the card module does not load up. We are using the mastercard payment gateway. My question is - is this an inherent problem or can i fix it by buying a multi currency module as an Add on module. I basically want multiple curremcies to show as a drop down like in a shopify platform and on check out it should come back to the default currency AED for the payment to go through. Hello there, Yes they are and on the front end the drop down shows these currencies but when one checksout on the non default currency the only payment option that comes is that of Cash on Delivery and not the credit card - Jumeirahroad Mastercard module. Screenshots below. I dont intend to offer Cash on delivery outside of UAE and will remove the option but this is just to show.

Hello I have my webstore on prestashop 1.7.5.1using the Warehouse Theme. I am facing issues on the multiple currencies feature. I display 3 different currencies(AED, SAR and USD) available to a customer to view the product pricing in their choice of currency and the default currency (AED) has also been set. But when a customer checks out in a non default currency say USD / SAR the payment options i.e. Payment by credit card (our payment gateway) or the COD options dont show. A customer has to change the currency back to AED to conclude the transactions. Appreciate if anyone can help on this. Thank you.

Hi So i have recently started using Prestashop for my online store. and i have 2 issues that i would need help on. Appreciate if someone can guide me on the same. In the product sort, the options are that of Name and Price, can i add an option where a customer can sort by "available" / "Sold out"? the default display of my category pages for the products is that of New Added Products" (so i guess from the date added) but is it possible that i have 2 conditions in the default display - new products and available products, so basically any sold out products are displayed in the end - even if they were added recently. Appreciate if anyone can guide me getting these 2 issues sorted. TIA
