How do I delete or uninstall modules without getting into the module section in the back office???

I'm not able to access the Module section in my store's back office. The error I'm getting is Attempted to call function "load_plugin_textdomain" from the global namespace. It's something to do with plug-ins but how do I rectify it??? I've deleted all the 3rd party plug ins I downloaded like PayPal, MailChimp etc. BUT still can't get access. Will really appreciate some help! Thank You

Last I remember, I configured MailChimp but that too was via Prestashop Add on store.

I did that. It's still not opening.

My website is being hosted on cpanel. Is there where I should increase the memory limit???

The Modules and services section is not showing up in the Dashboard. It keeps giving me the following error - The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. can anyone help??? How do I fix it??
