Hi Piers, Thanks for that but I think Im on Apache. I did a manual install of Prestashop 1.7.5 and all images are now showing. Its not ideal as I wont be able to update until either the bug is fixed or I figure out what was causing the issue. For now, its all good though.

Just a quick update. So my hosting company confirmed that mod_rewrite is active on my server. I have spent the last couple of days in touch with them trying to figure out this. Their latest suggested solution is to switch to a previous version of Prestashop-Im going to try this tomorrow.

I actually dont have that option-see below. I did disable the first option-the one that says..."URL rewriting (mod_rewrite) is not active on your server, or it is not possible to check your server configuration. If you want to use Friendly URLs, you must activate this mod". I disabled, cleared the cache, tested-same issue, enabled, cleared the cache-same issue. When that option was disabled I checked under the SEO option in my product and it did say the friendly urls are disabled. Your product images are showing okay?

Hi guys I am setting up a new website and just started creating products and the images are not showing on the front end. They are visible on the back end but there is just a blank white space with the caption where the image should be on the front end. In v 1.7.6.there is no option to disable friendly urls. As it was a new website, I thought it may of been a setting I changed accidentally or an external module that I uploaded. So I deleted it and reinstalled and Im having the exact same issue. Anyone else having this problem?

Hey guys I know this is an old thread but it helped me solve this issue. I was having the same issue and I am using Prestashop 1.7.2. I turned on the debug mode>>Configure>>Advanced Parameters>>Performance and changed Debug to yes and tried the product pages again. The issue was with an old module that I had uninstalled. So for anyone else having this issue try the debug mode and see what that tells you.

Hey-just wanted to say I fixed it on my site. I removed some modules that I had installed but had not enabled. Once I actually uninstalled the modules the add to cart pop up started working again. I uninstalled Cappasity 3D and 360 Product Viewer Module and Guaranteed Reviews Company module and Advanced Product Tooltips and it started working again. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, I had the same issue. The add to cart pop-up was not working from the product page but would work from Quick View and product list. I removed some modules that I had installed but had not enabled. Once I actually uninstalled the modules the add to cart pop up started working again. Heya I have the same problem. The items are added but no pop up appears to tell the user they have added the item to the cart. You have to refresh the page to see the items in the basket. This only happens in the product page, when i use quick view and add to cart, the pop up appears. I have disabled, removed and reinstalled the shopping cart module, turned ajax on and off and deleted the cache and i still have this issue. Anybody figure out any solution to this? Regards Finn

Hi there I would like to remove the nofollow attribute from my internal links-I have approx 279 internal links with nofollow. Google is asking that all internal links are nofollow: https://www.labnol.org/internet/drop-nofollow-from-internal-links/14107/ Does anyone know how I can do this Thank you Finn

Hi there I have a store and I would like to change the currency symbol from € to EUR for the product pages, including the modules popular products and new products. It does not matter if I cannot change it in the shopping cart or checkout but I would like to know if it is possible to change it when viewing the products. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you Finn
