Witam Mam problem z zamówieniami, które wpadają od klientów. Raz na kilkanaście/kilkadziesiąt zamówień, zamówienie klienta przetwarzane jest po cenie netto - do produktu nie doliczany jest 23% VAT. Próbowałem odtworzyć tą sytuację i bezskutecznie - zamawiałem te same lub inne produkty, robiłem to jako gość i zarejestrowany użytkownik i nic, w moim przypadku zawsze wszystko jest ok. W ustawieniach mam, by wyświetlało cenny brutto. Ma ktoś jakiś pomysł, czym to może być spowodowane? Jakby nie patrzeć każda taka transakcja to spora strata - a po dokonaniu przez klienta płatności ciężko jest mu wytłumaczyć, że wkradł się błąd.

I've installed the module you mentioned, but nothing really changed - I now have a module with 3 options to configure that does nothing. Am I doing something wrong? EDIT: Ah, I now read that you need to drop it onto the server directly, not install it through Presta.

Witam Mam problem z edycją kombinacji przedmiotów - nie mogę edytować ich po tym, jak zostały utworzone. Dla przykładu, jeśli utworzę kombinację X (np. inny kolor ciucha, mebla czy elektroniki) z dostawą wynoszącą 2-3 tygodnie i chcę potem zmienić to na 1 tydzień, to tego nie mogę zrobić - muszę zamiast tego wyrzucić i jeszcze raz utworzyć kombinację. Chciałbym móc po prostu w dowolnej chwili edytować kombinację - jeśli mam, na przykład, mebel X, na którym mam dostawę 5 dni, a nagle braknie mi produktu na stanie i chcę zmienić to na 2-3 tygodnie, bez usuwania kombinacji. W przypadku pojedynczych produktów to nie jest problem - pojawia się on, gdy trzeba codziennie edytować kilkadziesiąt produktów. Zakładam, że "podstawowa" wersja Presty nie posiada takiej opcji, lecz czy jest w takim razie jakiś moduł oferujący tą funkcję? I nie chodzi mi o, na przykład, "Prestashop Mass product combinations editor" - tamtejszy moduł pozwala zmienić cenę i ilość produktów, a ja z kolei potrzebuje móc edytować kombinację bez jej usuwania. Poniżej załącznik (choć z angielskim napisem), by nieco wyjaśnić problem.

Yeah, you are right, I did not think it through - I just had something like that on another platform (SOTE), where you could login on the back and front office with the same admin account and you could move back and forth without any problems. But, as you said, it probably was not that secure.

Anyone has any solution to this issue? It would really help to be able to get to the back office from the product page.

Hello I've got a problem with combinations - I can't edit them after they are created. For instance, I create an X product with 2-3 week delivery and after some time I want to change the delivery time to 1 week - I can't do that, I need to delete and recreate the combination. I need to able to edit the attributes selected for the combination. With one product it's not a problem, but when you have hundreds of them and need to constantly edit them, it's a nightmare... I get that the "default" Prestashop doesn't have the option to edit them, but is there any module for that? I'm not talking about things like "Prestashop Mass product combinations editor" - this module can be used to edit price or quantity, I need to edit attributes of the combination without the need to delete and recreate it. I've attached an image to help with the problem, though it's in Polish.

I want to be able to go directly from a product page (that a client sees) to a back end version of that page (where I can edit product information). Let's say, for instance, I enter an "Iphone 8" page on my store and I want to click on a button to be moved to the back end to quickly edit, for instance, the price of the said "Iphone 8". I can't find this functionality on Prestashop.

Nikt naprawdę nie miał takiego problemu z sortowaniem produktów? Mała aktualizacja - problem pojawia się, jeśli pod kategorią, w której mam produkt (czyli np. szafkę X w kategorii szafki RTV) jest jeszcze jedna kategoria (czyli np. "szafki drewniane" "szafki z podświetleniem" czy co tam komu jeszcze do głowy przyjdzie). Dla lepszego zobrazowania problemu - jeśli ktoś miałby, dla przykładu, internetowy sklep z biżuterią, to produkty w kategorii PIERŚCIONKI by się wyświetlały dobrze, jeśli pod tą kategorią nie byłoby już żadnej innej. Jeśli jednak pod PIERŚCIONKI byłyby "podkategorie" (złote, srebrne itp.) to wtedy sortowanie w kategorii głównej (PIERŚCIONKI) by było złe - taki właśnie mam problem w sklepie.

Hello I've got a problem with item sorting in my store. The problem occurs for "main" categories (in my case Salon / Living Room, Sypialnia / Bedroom and so on). I've selected (manually) the correct order in which the products should appear in those categories, but they are displayed differently (incorrect order or even products that shouldn't be there). "Subcategories" (like, for instance, Komody / Dressers, Łóżka / Beds and so on) function perfectly fine - the products are displayed as I wanted. So far i've tried the following: - adding the "incorrect" items to the "main" categories to be able to sort them (i've put them at the end of the category), but it didn't help; - i've turned off/on catching; - i've deactivated and activated the incorrect products - as soon as i've activated them back, they reappeared in the wrong place (but the same as before the deactivation); - i've tried different default sorting methods (at the moment I have selected "Position inside category", if that's the english name). A little example to ease up understanding of my explanation: I've choosen the following order in the back office: pos. 1 product A pos. 2 product B pos. 3 product C pos. 4 product D pos. 5 product E However, the products appear in the following order: pos. 1 product E pos. 2 product G (which shouldn't even be there) pos. 3 product D pos. 4 product H (the same as product G) pos. 5 product A Does anyone have any idea what can be done about it, without (if possible) using any external (paid) modules?

Witam Mam problem z sortowaniem w kategoriach sklepu. Chodzi o kategorie "główne", jak Salon, Sypialnia czy Przedpokój. Mam w panelu administracyjnym ustawioną kolejność produktów w tych kategoriach, jednak na sklepie są w nich totalnie inne kolejności (i produkty, których tam nie powinno być). "Podkategorie" (jak szafki RTV, komody itp.) działają w porządku - problem jest z tymi "głównymi". Konfiguracja kategorii (i sortowania) na sklepie jest w porządku. Próbowałem: - dodać te "złe" produkty do tych "głównych" kategorii, by móc je sortować (wywaliłem je na ostatnią stronę kategorii), jednak nic to nie zmieniło; - wyłączałem i włączałem cache; - dezaktywowałem i aktywowałem złe produkty - nic to nie zmieniło. Edit: by trochę ułatwić zrozumienie problemu, dam przykład. W panelu mam ustawioną taką kolejność: poz. 1. produkt A poz. 2. produkt B poz. 3 produkt C poz. 4 produkt D poz. 5 produkt E Na stronie wyświetla się jednak: poz. 1 produkt E poz. 2 produkt G (której nie powinno tu być) poz. 3 produkt D poz. 4 produkt H (jak produkt G) poz. 5 produkt A Miał ktoś kiedyś taki problem i jest mi w stanie coś poradzić? Bo jestem w kropce, a ten problem wprowadza mi sporo zamieszania na sklepie. Z góry dzięki za pomoc.
