    I recently added 3 custom fields to my shop for customers to provide some data before check out. However, I cannot tell where the data is recorded for admin view. Where am I missing it? Help

    I bought a module from codecanyon.net but each time I activate my ssl certificate the website detects any page with a link to the module as insecure. Despite spending alot on this module it looks like its developer has failed to fix this a months after I raised the issue to him. Please help.

    Hello, Why do I get unsafe warning in my address bar when I try to visit pages linking to one specific module. Infact, some of its functions stop working when I enable ssl. The moment I disable it, it starts working fine.

    I recently installed ssl certificate from namecheap but to my surprise it only secured my link to cpanel. Prestashop is still not secure. I contacted Name cheap and they said the certificate was installed correctly. They referred me to my host who later said I should get in touch with prestashop developers as from their end everything is ok. I tried to force redirect to https:// but its not working - it redirects itself back to http:// . Again, the backoffice SSL option for all pages is rendered unclickable. Please help

    I am trying to customise prestashop 1.7.2.4 default theme and make it relevant to my clients in my country. I am however stuck on the initial registration page. I wanted to take out the fields for VAT number, Zip/Postal Code and city as they are not necessary. When I use custom address format from international>>Location>>country the fields just indicate optional but do not disappear. Please help on how I can go about it good people

    Hi I am cutomizing prestashop 1.7.2.4 default theme and wanted to replace every page that has the word "shipping" with the word "delivery". Say, replace shipping cost with delivery cost and shipping method with delivery method in checkout as per attachments. tpl files for Prestashop 1.7.2.4 seem to be different from those of 1.6x
