I am using a theme built on Prestashop 8.2. I've made changes to email templates sent to both the customer & our internal staff (orders, questions, account registration, contact form, password change, etc.) but do not see any of my changes in the emails sent. Can anyone provide me with the exact path to the folder that is used to modify these templates? Thanks!

I recently upgraded my theme from a 1.6 theme to an 8.2 theme. For credit card processing I used the "Authorize.net (Payment + CIM Support)" from Presto-Changeo on 1.6 for 8 years. Worked with no issues. Presto-Changeo no longer develops for Prestashop so an 8.2 module is not available from that developer. The only 8.2 module I was able to find automatically charges the order at order time. This will not work for us as we cannot charge an order until it ships - our products are highly customized and usually take weeks to build. I need a module that is 8.2 compatible and allows us to just authorize the charge (just validates the credit card but does not charge the order, previous module allowed this). Once we ship we just "capture" the charge from the Prestashop back office. Any known credit card processing modules out there that enable this functionality? We do not use PayPal - many problems in the past collecting the payments. Thanks!

I am currently completing setting up a site using a Prestashop 8.2 theme. I have many products that for now need to display on the site - along with its price - but I do not want them to be added to the cart and purchased yet, while others can be purchased. Is there somewhere on the product backend where I can indicate "Not for sale". Thanks in advance

I am upgrading my Prestashop 1.6.1.16 template to a new Prestashop 8.2 template. I just learned the developer for the Attribute Wizard Pro module is no longer developing for Prestashop and the current available module is not compatible with 8.2. This was a heavily used module in my old shop. Does anyone know of a replacement module that is compatible with 8.2? Thank you in advance.

We have been running a template built on Prestashop 1.6.1.16 for the past almost 8 years - it has performed well but it is time to upgrade to a template utilizing the latest version of both Prestashop (I believe that is now 8.2) and PHP (I believe that is 8.3). The template we purchased back in early 2017 uses PHP 5.3 which is ancient and full of holes for hackers. We have experienced 2 major attacks that have been very painful. I purchased this template from TemplateMonster. Other than TemplateMonster and Theme Forest can anyone suggest any other places I might research for a new template? Thanks in advance!

I agree - but I just do not have the time to go through migrating my shop to a new theme and all the problems that will cause. I have many add on modules that have been installed that never move over correctly.

I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.16 - and have been for 8 years with the same template. Yesterday - on all my product pages - the product images no longer scroll even though I have multiple thumbnail images that in the past I was able to click on and scroll through. I have made no changes. Can anyone help? My site is www.tigerperformance.com - an example product page is Tiger Universal NVG Helmet Mount Adapter for LH050 | Tiger Performance. Suggestions?

Currently on Prestashop 1.6.1.16. We have accepted online credit card payments for years using Authorize.net as our payment gateway. Authorize.net also offers echeck processing. Our management would like to add this capability to the site. Looking for a module that allows this and will play nicely with current credit card processing. Just ask for the customer bank routing and account numbers - and the amount would be the order amount. And recommendations? Thank you, Robert V. Dubill

Sorry - my mistake - when adding an item from category page that also does not show up in the cart - but does show on the backend. I assumed it did because I received the pop up that said it was added to the cart
