Kindly Uninstall and re-install the Prestashop CMS or do a fresh installation of Prestashop on a sub-domain and then install the VoguePay Plugin to test as we have tested on our test platform and did not encounter the issue you encountered. Also, Since you do not have a account on VoguePay, kindly use "demo" as your merchant id which will be needed in setting up the plugin. Regards.
  2. Yes it is possible to have a successful transaction in your prestashop account and order page with DEMO transaction. To get more clarity about the issue, you can include your screenshot. Also feel free to send mail to digitalmedia@voguepay.com so I can personally help to resolve this. (Disclosure: I work with VoguePay)
  3. Hi Vishalsingh119 The "No template found for module voguepay" was due to version upgrade of our PrestaShop payment plugin and the error does not affect transaction. You may kindly ignore the notification and test by initiating a transaction for confirmation. Kindly test as advised, however if the notification affects transaction you may kindly contact our support team via support@voguepay.com for troubleshooting. Please do not forget to include your version of PrestaShop engine and the VoguePay's payment plugin version you installed. Regards
