Mi problema es el siguiente, cuando inicio sesión en prestashop, no tengo ni dos segundos de estar dentro y me saca de nuevo y así cada segundos, no sé por qué pase eso, he estado buscando soluciones pero nada que encuentro y no puedo hacer nada en el backoffice de mi tienda. Quisiera saber si alguien pudiera ayudarme o sacarme de dudas sobre cómo cambiar la url de multitienda, ya que lo que quiero hacer es poner un dominio principal y que no sea https://dominio.com/sub sino, que entre directo al otro dominio que quiero. El dominio que tengo asignado a la tienda principal es https://tienda.ikarus.cool (que en sí es subdominio) y mi multitienda está en https://tienda.ikarus.cool/fggaudi y yo quiero que este último sea de dominio fggaudi.com Mi pregunta es, ¿se puede hacer? he querido cambiarlo pero me da miedo moverle mucho por si no llegara a funcionar. Espero me puedan ayudar. Gracias!!

Para quien le pueda servir de ayuda, yo no podía instalar el módulo ya que tenía que tener versión php de 5.5 para arriba y la versión de mi hosting era de 5.4, por esa razón no podía instarlo en mi tienda.

Ojalá puedan ayudarme con esto, verán, me acabo de integrar a la plataforma ComproPago, y bueno todo bien, descargué el módulo original de la plataforma que viene en su página, entonces, lo instalé primero en local para ver cómo funcionaba, ahí todo perfecto, el problema viene cuando quiero instarlo en el servidor, para ya ponerlo en función, pero no me deja instarlo, el módulo lo carga perfecto pero al darle clic en instalar me da este mensaje () lo peor y más raro es que no me marca errores solo me pone un punto. Espero puedan ayudarme, muchas gracias.

Hola, buen día. He querido encontrar solución a esto pero no he podido, espero alguien pueda ayudarme. He ordenado mis productos en cada categoría como quiero que aparezcan, pero sólo en una me ha dado trabas, no me acomoda en la categoría donde tengo subcategorías, y no entiendo el por qué. Verán tengo una categoría que tiene 3 subcategorías (), en las subcategorías y en las demás categorías me le da el orden que quiero, pero en la categoría "Equipajes" no me da el orden como si fuera aleatorio, yo quiero ordenar en la categoría como orden de subcategorías, (por ejemplo: maletas rígidas primero, después maletas suaves, y así sucesivamente), ¿alguien sabe a qué se debe esto? Me da ese orden nada más, pero así no lo puse yo en posición.

Hola, buen día. Quisiera saber si podrían ayudar en esto. Tengo un apuro en los filtros de colores del módulo navegación por facetas, selecciono el texto del color y me sale otro color, por ejemplo selecciono el texto del color "negro" y sale filtro: "morado" o no me sale ningun filtro. Cuando lo selecciono desde el checkbox funciona perfecto, pero en el texto, no. ¿Sabrían decirme a qué se debe eso?
