Yes it was very helpful but I still cannot get it to work. I agree with all of you. If Prestashop is going to release a module with their software then they should be helping us to configure it properly. Especially when the options available are not working! Get it together Prestashop and start offering some support for your products. Many of us are long time users from when you first started. At least you could provide some decent support for your product now that your a bigger company.

I'm also having a similar issue and cannot find any answers to the shipping problem. Shipping configurations in Prestashop have been a pain since day one. To release an incomplete module as part of the Prestashop system is not cool. There should at least be some instructions to get the freight part working. So anyone out there that could help us resolve this issue it would be much appreciated. That means you too Prestashop since you bundled the module in with your software. Thanks

My ISP did a repair to the MySQL database via cpanel and it seemed to fix the issue. The database must have gotten corrupted. Try this first.

Having an issue here. I'm on PS 1.4.4.1 and when I go to the back office customers tab my customer list does not show at all. It sais Bad SQL query and none of the customers are listed. I went into the database optimized, repaired, flushed, analyzed and it said database ok. So I'm at a roadblock here and hope someone here might have some ideas? Previously the customers would load very slowly. Currently there are 10,600 customers in the table. Your help appreciated.

This work may be a combination of the UPS module and working with the prestashop default shipping parameters. I'm not sure how much customization really needs to be done.

Actually I followed the instructions in the link above and it seem to cause problems with the search feature and some product links. I since put the files in question back to the default. I followed these instructions http://www.nethercottconstructions.com/content/1-performance-tips and it appears to have helped with no additional errors. This was done running Version 1.1.0.5

I got this same message from Hostgator. Which pages did you modify to get the server load down? I read the link you posted but not sure which files to edit. Did you notice a decrease on the load after the change? Thanks!

When I upload an image over 1mb I get this error: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 69206016) (tried to allocate 11328 bytes) in /home/wildwest/public_html/store/images.inc.php on line 155 php.ini upload_max_filesize = 2M is set to 64m permissions set to 755 that image upload tab sais Format: JPG, GIF, PNG Filesize: 2000Kb max. It appears it only allows 1000kb max. I also increased the memory limit to 128mb no change i don't see anywhere in prestashop or on the forums to set the image upload size for product images in the back office. No problem uploading small images Any clues?

Hey Rocky, Thanks for the input. I did put the values you suggest in but I'm still getting a very intermittent kind of bug. It appears it will sometimes make changes to the text. Other times for example you try to change a color it will instead make the font large and keep the same color. Sometimes the bold does not work. It appears it's missing some values that are confusing tinymce? Currently below is how it is laid out. I did exchange your values posted but the problem still persists?. Am I missing something? Is the text set to some global setting? Is there a way to do a global setting for product descriptions? I would like to get it working like it does in the default. I did put the default css file from the psdemo and it works no problem. So it's for sure the edited css file. Just don't know where the problem is occurring.
