Hello, I have a Prestashop website which sells in different countries : France, US, UK and Canada. I am installing it on Prestashop 1.7. I would like my website to geolocate visitors depending on their country, and show prices including VAT or not, depending on the country's tax rule: - Visitor from France ==> show prices including VAT - Visitor from the US ==> show prices excluding VAT -... I have imported the Localization Packs for each country (FR, UK, US and CA), and checked the option "Change the behavior of the price display for groups". However, it does not work: - when I test with a France IP, prices are displayed including VAT - when I test with a US IP, prices are still displayed including VAT, when they should be displayed excluding VAT. How can I get these prices to change? In addition to that, I would like geolocalization to determine the currency in which prices are shown. For example: a user in France sees prices in Euros, and a user in the US sees prices in US$. Both currencies are installed on my shop. Can you help me? Many thanks !!!

Bonjour, J'ai un site Prestashop pour vendre dans différents pays : FR, US, UK et CA. Je souhaiterais que mon site géolocalise les clients selon leurs pays, et affichent les prix en TTC ou en HT, selon la règle en vigueur du pays : - utilisateur FR ==> affichage des prix en TTC - utilisateur US ==> affichage des prix en HT -... J'ai procédé à l'import des Packs de Localisation pour chacun de ces pays, en cochant bien l'option "Modifier le type d'affichage des prix pour les groupes". Dans la configuration des groupes, l'affichage des prix en TTC est configurée (mais de ce que je comprends, le fait d'importer les Packs de Localisation remplace la règle des groupes). Cependant, cela ne fonctionne pas : - quand je teste depuis une IP en France, j'ai bien un affichage en TTC - en revanche, quand je teste depuis une IP aux US, j'ai toujours un affichage en TTC. Comment faire pour que ça s'affiche bien en HT ? Par ailleurs, j'aimerais que la géolocalisation détermine également la devise des prix affiches. Par exemple : un utilisateur en France voit les prix en €, et un utilisateur aux US voit les prix en $. Les deux devises sont bien installées sur ma boutique. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci !
