Bedankt voor je reactie en uitleg mdekker! Ik heb de tools geopend en gefilterd op XHR. Ik krijg de volgende meldingen te zien op de onderstaande afbeeldingen. Zijn dit de foutmeldingen van de server die jij bedoeld en heb je enig idee wat er precies fout is?

Haha, daar was ik al bang voor.. Waar is dan eigenlijk precies de bug-tracker voor, alleen om te melden? Ik heb ook overal op het Engelse forum gezocht en die instructies opgevolgd. Bijvoorbeeld bestanden vervangen, code aanpassen.. Maar tot nu toe werkt nog niets. Ik ben verder zeer blij met Prestashop inderdaad! Maar het is wel essentieel dat je producten kunt toevoegen Mocht ik nog iets vinden laat ik het ook weten!

Ik wilde ook al updaten, maar dat heeft dus ook geen zin helaas.. Hopelijk weet mdekker meer? Van Prestashop zelf krijg ik (nog) geen antwoord. Zou iedereen met een versie hoger dan 1.6.1.1 (zonder betaalde module) dit probleem nu ook ondervinden?

Niemand? Het probleem is nog steeds hetzelfde

Hoi Allemaal, Eerder is hier ook al een topic over gestart, maar helaas heb ik de oplossing voor mijn probleem niet gevonden. Sinds enkele tijd kan ik geen producten meer toevoegen of bewerken in de backoffice. Geen van de pagina's laden, behalve het 'informatie' tabblad. Ik heb vandaag contact gehad met mijn host en zij hebben de time-out aangepast. Helaas heeft dit niets geholpen..

Ik heb precies hetzelfde probleem helaas. Na een tijdje op internet te hebben gezocht, las ik dat dit een bug is die al langer speelt. Op het Engelse forum heb ik reactie gekregen van een andere gebruiker (met ook hetzelfde probleem) maar de enige oplossing op dit moment is om een module te installeren, waarbij ze een gratis trial van 30 dagen aanbieden. Ook heb ik al een 'bug melding' gedaan, maar helaas heb ik de oplossing nog niet gevonden. Ik hoop dat er hier iemand is die meer weet! 'For a few days I can't edit existing products or add new ones. Thank you very much for your fast response and the link to the store manager! Do you know what this will cost after the trial period? I am a little disappointed to find this issue reported already back in 2015 also, and that there seems to be no solution yet. You would think this would be a major issue for the users and that it would be fixed by now?
