Update : Merci à @PrestaServicePro qui m'a contacté en MP et m'a aidé à régler le problème. Le/les hackeurs ont tenté d'utiliser des scripts de correction automatique, mais cela n'a pas restauré correctement le fichier pour cette version. Je ne pouvais donc plus me connecter à mon BO. Nous avons restauré le bon fichier et maintenant cela fonctionne. Si cela peut aider des personnes qui passeraient par là une prochaine fois.

I solved after deleting ps_accounts folder, clear cache and last but very important delete from database the rows that reference to ps_accounts from table ps_tab!! Now i'm able to enter to BO

You can try to dowload w from github by changing url to particular version. For example https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/releases/download/1.7.5.2/prestashop_1.7.5.2.zip https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/releases/download/1.7.8.9/prestashop_1.7.8.9.zip I found direct links in autoupgrade module. What a mess on new ps website. 404 everywhere.

Im using OPC module and what Customer buying see in opc checkout page, just need to skip this step I think is possible in other opc module I saw this behavior and I need to know what need to modify in php to skip this step
