Either you need to purchase version 6 from classydevs.com or told your theme author to provide version 6 in their theme after purchase extended licence . This is so old version and no longer support ps new version.

In your theme the header is hide with this code, so you need to edit the code and show your header to display:block @media (max-width: 991px){ #header .header-top { background: #f1f1f1; padding-bottom: 0; display: none; } } -
