rocky
You can go to the Customers tab and choose "Yes" in the dropdown underneath "News.", then click "Filter" to display a list of customers who subscribed to your newsletter. This doesn't include non-customers who signed up though. You can export a CSV file of all newsletter subscribers by going to Modules > Newsletter v2.0 (in the Tools section) > Configure (or install the module first if it isn't already installed). From there, you can export everyone who has subscribed to your newsletter, or just the ones from a specified country.

rocky
You must use the "Newsletter v2.0" module I mentioned to export all subscribers (including those who aren't customers) in CSV format, then import that file into your email client and use it to send a newsletter. rocky
Which email client are you using?
3rtt
I use Thunderbird for my email client. When I export the csv file, I then have to open it in notepad and replace all semicolons with commas. For some reason, the export feature in Prestashop places semicolons where the commas should be in the csv file (csv = comma separated values). Once I replace them and save the file, I can then import the file to my address book and everything appears as it should.
