stephen89
Is it possible to make it so that only an administrator can make user accounts and give them to people. Essentially, I need to make it so that people can't register to my store, and instead I will be making certain accounts and giving them to certain people. stephen89
Right, So is there maybe a way to just edit the pages so that the create account link just doesn't appear? I'm just looking for the right file in the default template to look in for this. or maybe its not in the template at all. If anybody could point me in this direction as at least a temporary fix. This would be appreciated

vekia
you want to allow to order products? if not, you can run store under "catalog mode"
bonzo_bcn
In fact I need to use is as catalog but allow users to login and request quotes. Users will be created through backend, so only login should be available on frontend.
El Patron
this was my first module, it's been very good to me. It does allow registration but requires back office approval before they can log in. Non-logged in users see the shop in native PrestaShop catalog mode. It may or may not meet your needs and there area 'other' private shop modules available. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/149628-module-hide-prices-private-shop-authorized-client-shopping-14-15-16/
